Very fast and friendly office. Dropped in without an appointment, for the first time at this office. Had to give both blood and urine. Tracy was my phlebotomist and she was wonderful. This was my first time using LabCorp, Redlands and I paid them a compliment for being so organized and efficient. There check in system with the tablets made it easy to check-in, but they still want you to sign-in on the clip board (which wasn't posted) and a little redundant. But somebody did come out and ask if everyone signed it, so it showed me that their working on it. I am really big on customer service and efficiency and I have to give them 4 stars cause overall it was quick, efficient, clean and a friendly staff. read more

Filthy bathrooms! I was the first person there this morning, and had to submit a urine sample, and as soon as I opened the door; I saw there was no toilet paper, trash on the floor, urine stained on the toilet, and the base of the toilet itself was dirty. This is supposed to be a sanitary bio hazard facility, and this room of all places is that disgusting first thing in the morning!? They don't have a cleaning crew? Also, while I was checking in, one of the phlebotomists was going on and on about a parking spot and going off on a lady, it was ridiculous, especially because she could see the lobby filling up with people who can very much hear her! I come all the time to do blood work for my doctor , I love how clean it is I come from San Bernardino because so! Everytime I come they always have a little trouble with my veins I have never had a bad experience but the lady today with the sunflower mask was PRO, super nice quick and had no trouble and out of there within 10min read more

This place sucks! No one smiles here or greets you. They are like automatons and it seems like they don't enjoy what they do. Just suck it up cuz you don't want to puss off the tech who's goi g to stick you with a needle. read more

I always have a good experience at lab corpthe staff if courteous and friendly. I go to lab Corp once a month.

Customer Service here is under par. The desk clerk was rude and impersonal. At one point, she called a gentleman over to the window while another woman had her personal records on the counter at the window - a clear HIPPA violation. While waiting in line, there was a woman in front of me with cerebral palsy who did not have her insurance card and the front office clerk was very rude and impatient with her. It was painful to watch. LabCorp really needs to practice better customer service when dealing with the general public. read more

Id give 0 stars if I could! Tell me how this lab can loose a gallon of pee!!!! Now this lab has to be done for a 3rd time this is absolutely ridiculous how in the world does that happen. This is NOT THE 1ST TIME THIS LAB HAS LOST OUR LABS EITHER. I am sick of the sloppy work here. My doctor's office shouldn't have to wait on the phone for over 45 minutes to hear they lost the labs yet again. They have become so lazy we have to scan our own insurance information in ourselves. read more

Yeah, this place is terrible. After being told specifically that the place closed at 4:30, we rush and get there at 4:05 for a simple blood draw. Lady just yells at me as I took 1 step in the open door. "WE'RE CLOSED." Confused, I stated I was told the location closed at 4:30. She just said "You're wrong, 8-4." 5 minutes after 4 and no one would do a blood draw. Yeah...how about being open after normal people get off work? I took my time to go all the way to this location and they make me feel like I was the one who inconvenienced them? Nope, they're the inconvenience and from the other reviews, seemingly incompetent as well. read more

This place is dirty, they didn't complete the tests the dr ordered the 1st time so had to go back. Went in , it's a really high volume office and dirty. The walls, the ck-in stands and the floor were dirty and evident of not being cleaned regularly or well. They didn't have the same order in the system so had to wait and call drs office to fax. Then when it came time to have the blood drawn the tech seemed very inexperienced and hesitant. She tried once in each arm and was moving the needle around trying to get a vein and on the second arm I asked her to stop and left to go to a different lab. read more

Rude and unprofessional. Especially the Hispanic ladies at the front desk. You'd expect more from a "Redlands" blood lab facility. Compared to other blood labs I've been at, this one hurt the most and left bruising. read more

The Staff/phlebotomist are rude, no manners and they are very rough. Only reason why I go here is because my doctors office is in the same building. Other than that, I haven't gotten any bruising from the blood draw. YET! read more

Once you finally get back there, the ladies are nice it's just the wait that DRAGS. I think I've noticed its a little faster in the afternoon so if you have that option rather then the hectic mornings you should choose afternoon/evening. read more

I went there 2 days in a row, both days, the front desk are ok, but definitely not friendly, there were little kids approached the desk, said Hi, but she wasn't even say Hi back! Why? Who does that? My husband recently had a TB test at this location. He asked what the cost would be upfront. After some time looking in the computer, the staff told him it would be $10. He asked if they were sure it was only $10, the staff said yes, so he paid cash, was handed a receipt showing a balance paid in full, and had the test done. Several days later, we received a bill from LabCorp for $227 for the TB test. I called the central billing location, and they said they had the right to review charges and bill after the fact. The service representative called the Redlands location to verify what they had done, and instead of owning their mistake, they tried to justify what they'd done by small print on the bill (which didn't apply). I asked to speak with a supervisor, and she reversed the charge immediately. Moral of the story? I spent an hour of my life dealing with this so I didn't have to pay $227 I never should have been charged to begin with. Save yourself the trouble and go to another lab, where they care enough to train their people properly, and are honest enough to own their mistakes, instead of trying to extort compensation for them from others. read more

2 stars because at least the facility was clean. However, the amount of time the lab technicians spend sitting around talking, is outrageous. We don't need to hear that employees are putting in their 2 week notice at the beginning of August because they only get paid $12 or that someone needs to help them out more at home. I experienced this on 2 different occasions. Working as a professional myself, it needs to be acknowledged by their staff that when they have an office that is so open spaced, unless work related, the gossiping needs to be kept to a minimum. Patients view their wait time as a lack of attention from the employees when you hear all of their chit chat. Especially when I am sitting in a room for 5 minutes waiting for the lab technician and being the only patient there, because I have to wait until you finish your conversation about complaining over your home life. Clearly, hearing them complain about work and their pay, means they are unhappy to be working there and it clearly reflects on their attitudes and customer service. And sadly, I heard them talking to what seemed like a manager, about hiring someone else when she leaves, so the employees are clearly a reflection of their management. I only came here 2 times because it was recommended by my physician but I will no longer be using this office. read more

AWFUL! This is the third time we have made online appointment, only to be told by staff at front desk, that EVEN with online appointment, we were not guaranteed appt! Filed complaint online with LABCORP, spoke to yet another rude employee, Mr Wheland, who was equal to the nasty rude attitude we experienced at Redlands lab site. Do yourself a favor and find another lab service AND file complaints with insurance carrier, LABCORP corporate office AND YELP site, with no complaints, NOTHING will EVER get solved or re-evaluated, remember, your patient voice DOES count! Front desk receptionist was also rude and nasty and patient is disabled on top of it, WOW too bad ZERO rating is not an option! read more
