This place is a joke. 9am appointment (that's when they open). Still waiting in the parking lot at…read more9:28am. A girl that works here was also waiting for someone to bring her a key so she could get in. She also said they don't draw blood till 9:15. Then why would you schedule someone at 9!? Anyway, still waiting.

I arrived early to the door being locked, and the lights turned off all the while staring at the sign with their hours of 9am-4pm on Thursday. Unfortunately, after speaking to a clinical student waiting in her car, this is normal behavior for this Arc point as they are consistently 15-30 minutes late. When customers make appointments, we expect someone to be there and on time. When this happens consistently, it is unprofessional and rude. Especially when you call and the person who answers doesn't seem to care that you took public transit, walked in the rain and mud, had to beg to use someone's restroom, and waited over 30 minutes for someone to arrive. Then I had to wait over an hour for the technician to take my blood and got blamed for not drinking enough water. Overall, it was just a bad experience. I would never return or recommend this place to anyone. Two stars for the nice clinical student who had no choice from her school but to deal with their unprofessionalism. I hope that things get better as no one should experience this.

Very disappointed with the quality and efficiency of service here. Had taken my family for a travel…read moremedicine consultation. We arrived at 12pm to an empty waiting room except for a gentleman who it appeared had been seen but was waiting for paperwork?. As new patients we filled out the required (but basic) forms and handed these in. And the proceeded to WAIT...and WAIT...and WAIT. A lady came after us and was seen in less than 10minutes. I assume this is because she was a prior patient and thus her information was already in the system. It was 12:45pm before we were finally invited to a patient room (as it turns out ALL THIS TIME they had been "entering our information" - mind you they had already confirmed our insurance). Sigh. It was 1:20pm before the Physicians Assistant (PA) entered our room. I couldn't believe it. This was a center with NO PATIENTS when we arrived. The vaccine consultation was limited at best. Questions regarding possible allergies/reactions were NOT brought up by the PA. As patients we recognized the possible complications when it came signing the vaccination form and though their nurse had already prepared the vaccinations, we had to opt for 2 family members NOT to do the vaccine because the PA was uncertain of possible reactions. NOR was she aware of alternate measures we could take for those unable to receive required vaccinations. [This location is advertised as a Travel Medicine Office....me thinks not!]. Between seeing the PA, getting the vaccines (1 vaccine by the way) and making a payment, we were finally able to leave at 2:20pm. For an Urgent Care Center with zero patients when we arrived the lack of efficiency in the service was very very disappointing as was the limited knowledge of the PA in a travel medicine office. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Wait was quick, the facilities had the right equipment, and the doctors were very friendly and…read moreeducated. We went in, got 3 x rays and a prescription, and got out before we would have gotten to the top of the queue at a normal emergency room. Great place to go for minor emergencies.
