After waiting for 20 minutes, the tech called me up to check my ID, and only THEN informed me that the fingerprint machine is not working. It's BROKEN. They told me to call the company that made the appointment and let them know as they had no way to communicate with that company. That's a LOAD OF CRAP! When I called the company, they were shocked that they hadn't heard from LabCorp, since it's LabCorp's responsibility to report any issues with equipment. I ended up having to travel to another company's lab a few miles away to have my scan done. What a complete WASTE OF TIME! Don't bother with this location.

I visited this LabCorp location on Saturday October 26, planning to have a battery of doctor…read moreordered tests done. I expected a professional well kept office with facilities similar to those at the doctors I have been to. I arrived to a waiting room that seemed adequate, though most of the framed signs and announcements were hanging crookedly on the wall. I had an appointment which I was about 5 minutes late for. I waited about 25 minutes to be seen. When I went back to begin testing the examination room had a very odd shallow yet wide bar height seat for drawing blood, which seemed to serve no practical purpose other than the moveable arms. It was uncomfortable, causing my legs to hang a good 6 inches above the floor, with the shallow seat sloping down so I felt the seat wasn't enough to sit on and I was sliding off it. The clock on the wall was stuck at 5pm there. I sat for about 5 minutes before a nurse returned with a paper cup and told me she needed to collect a urine sample. The nurse half refused to tell me where the restroom was at when I asked, simply saying "that way" pointing down the hallway. It was down the hallway and around a corner, and once I was inside the bathroom I was quite sorry I'd bothered. The toilet was completely clogged up, from the looks of it probably overnight, the nurse claimed only 3 people had used it that day, which at 10:30am made sense. The sink was covered in scotch tape, which was wrapped around it many times to prevent anyone from using it. I returned to the examination room to question the nurse about all these thing and leave as this was not acceptable professional lab conditions and I felt unsafe staying. She claimed that the sink being taped up was for all the drug testing, and that made sense on one level. However it is not sanitary and without even hand sanitizer there for those who are forced to use the bathroom (it is the only womens one, with only a single mens room otherwise) this is particularly troubling. I left immediately after speaking to the nurse, asking for my paperwork back. Her excuses for most of the conditions were simply "this isn't the location I normally work at." Please avoid this facility if possible. It seems to simply be a cheap drug testing mill that is no longer keeping true lab conditions.

No matter how much water I drank, it just wouldn't happen. So, they told me they were going to be closing soon & that I could go across the street to do it at Any Lab Test Now. I drove on over & there were 3 people ahead of me and only one employee, but he was very efficient. I should've gone there at first because the experience was just better. I could "go", but days later I was told by the employer that my urine was too diluted because of all the water I was drinking at Quest, and I had to do it again. I went straight back to the place & was in and out in no time. I highly recommend this location.

I explained that my doctor's office was unable to draw my blood after expressing difficulties finding veins and that I was used to this issue. I also expressed that I was a bit nervous, but the tech was quick getting the needle in and drawing all the required blood. I barely felt the needle and it was over before I knew it; the entire process was completed before my scheduled appointment time even started. It's easy to tell this tech has a lot of experience, thank you for hiring quality people!

There was no one waiting when we got there and we were greeted by the sweetest lady named Regina. She had us just check in by entering patients name and birthday into an iPad. She took us back, pulled the blood, and we were done. We were in and out all within 15 minutes. Regina was super nice and very gentle with my dad. Overall great experience.

I researched the medicine and the primary side effects is a cough. I called on Monday and after never receiving a call back. I called again on Tuesday. Still no call back. They prescribed a medicine that is making me sick, yet they don't care enough to call me back. I went to Oak Street Health based on the services explained in the commercial. I saw they were sued for Medicare fraud. These so called professionals don't care about patients. This is totally unacceptable. The office on Capital Blvd needs to be audited. Each time I go the service gets worse. They need to close their doors. I would rate them a zero if I could.

Likewise if you need to have a lab order already in the system completed, you can go on the weekend when they are not very busy and crowded, thus lessening your exposure during the Pandemic . NOTE: Currently the Rex Hosp. Outpatient Lab closes at 1 P.M. Sat. and Sunday. M-F the Hospital site Outpatient Lab closes at 6 PM It's Cary Outpatient Lab closes at 5 M-F and is NOT open Sat -Sun. This is a really big deal . Before if you needed lab work on the weekend your Family Doc. had to send you to an Urgent Care with the related increase in expense . The majority of the lab staff are pleasant and good at what they do Rex has made some unfortunate decisions regarding throat and nasal cultures that may require a visit to Labcorp instead, but for the most part I highly rec Rex Outpatient labs . Further praise :Rex Hospital Labs do an an excellent job at turn around times on labwork and the results are often available much more quickly than from its competitors

The online registration is easy and there is no appointment necessary. Rick greeted us at the front and provided the test kits. We then sat in the line until provided the test tube and label. We swabbed ourselves and were done in less than 5 minutes. Very organized and simple. We had to return today after receiving inconclusive test results for my daughter. Rick took time to do a tutorial with my daughter that would avoid any inconclusive results. He took his time to walk us through how to swab for accuracy. This was very kind and helpful to us. I was quite appalled as to how incredibly rude she was to my friend, who had an abundance of questions . She had never received a test prior to this. we were out to do some shopping and she needed to get her test done, for a pending flight to visit her ill brother . this young lady had a very poor attitude my friend had heard bad things about being tested and was nerve racked. I had assured her that it would be OK as I myself have been tested before through your testing site in fountain. it makes me very upset that when people are scared and have to have this done in order to fly, that your staff treats individuals poorly. this should not be the case.I hope that there is training for the people you use to staff your testing facilities in order to provide better care to the communities, especially with us older folk, who are very frightened with what is going on in the world around us. Perhaps she was having a bad day, but nonetheless, this does nor excuse her behavior . I will find out what other places are available in order to avoid such issues in the future. She has since received results, but I would have rather paid for her to go elsewhere, in order to have avoided how she was treated. I recently brought my mother to live with me who is 70. I was seeking more comprehensive patient care as a caregiver to someone with dementia. CenterWell delivered. Our first visit was impressive! This location is excellent. This is one of the best looking primary care facilities I've visited. Very warm, bright, immaculately clean and inviting. The reception staff greeted us at the door upon arrival. Latisha was excellent assisting us with a warm welcome and helpful information for other resources. We met with Nana Addai who took her time meeting with us and asking questions. The medical assistant was phenomenal as well. They treated my mom with respect and provided a comprehensive assessment for memory testing and checked her feet. Many providers have skipped this in the past. As a patient with diabetes, this is crucial. Mom received a senior goodie bag after her visit. With a ton of helpful resources for seniors. This site is equipped with snacks and a cute coffee station. We were grateful for the Green Mountain hazelnut k-cups, Skinny Pop and Kind granola. This isn't something doctor's offices offer typically. After her assessment, she completed lab work and we joined the Fitness Friday Chair Exercise class in the activity room. This class was high energy !!! The instructor was excellent and the women attending the class seem to have formed a community of regulars. It is excellent that they go above and beyond providing this program for seniors in the community. I appreciate the staff offering outside resources. I highly recommend CenterWell and Humana as an insurance company.

Beginning from the top, with the less proficient education of their doctor, LaToya Fulton. Unless a patient is naïve and/or oblivious, the medical incompetence is obvious throughout this practice. Their lack of available doctors makes it more difficult to treat their patients in a timely manner. That's one reason why they're not a reliable medical practice, especially for seniors. During my 6 months, their patient portal never worked, Dr. Fulton wouldn't prioritize my cold symptoms enough to schedule me in to see her, so I had no other choice but to call a more professional, competent, and compassionate medical practice. Although previously, I saw Dr. Fulton's PA, and she stated in her visitation summary that my pain started weeks ago, when actually, I told her it returned weeks ago but started a year ago. Details are important, although you'll never know they know this. Unfortunately, I relied on them again, even though I hadn't heard back from Dr. Fulton previously. This so-called medical practice is dangerous, because it's the total opposite of what it portrays itself to be. You'll be better off using Duke, UNC, or Wake Med. All three have working portals and their doctors won't ignore you when you need them most. I started to take Dr. Fulton's ignorance and incompetence personally, but I realized that subjugated people like her have their own agendas. Obviously, she can't differentiate being blessed from being cursed, which I should've taken into consideration when we first met. In ALL of my years CenterWell has to be the most medically dysfunctional practice and it need to be discontinued before they're sued for medical malpractice.
