A doctor's office tends to forget to send lab orders frequently so they have managed to fit me in when I do get the orders. The techs I have had have all been excellent. I have difficult veins and every time I go here they always get me the first time. So I am not sure where they were trained but they are better than other LabCorps. They have private rooms for the blood draws so that makes you more comfortable. The waiting room is now shared with a physical therapy office. Check the hours before you go, as they are closed for lunch.

The online registration is easy and there is no appointment necessary. Rick greeted us at the front and provided the test kits. We then sat in the line until provided the test tube and label. We swabbed ourselves and were done in less than 5 minutes. Very organized and simple. We had to return today after receiving inconclusive test results for my daughter. Rick took time to do a tutorial with my daughter that would avoid any inconclusive results. He took his time to walk us through how to swab for accuracy. This was very kind and helpful to us. When i would ask what it was for they could not tell me. When i asked them to simply send me a bill via the mail, or email or even text on my phone, they could do nothing. Then they threatened to mess with my credit if not paid. I would respond i will pay just send me a bill so i know what i am paying. i never heard a word back. If i see anything on my credit i will sue this company if it takes years! They are the absolute worst, biggest scamming crooks in the medical industry!

I ended up not having the correct information and was confused about what I needed, but the front office staff was very nice and patient with me. The whole process was really efficient and I was really impressed by how professional the staff was, but ultimately their empathy with my situation was what won me over. I've been through this process before and I've never been better taken care of by an office like this. I'm glad this is the office I decided to come to to take care of my prescreening!

After waiting for 20 minutes, the tech called me up to check my ID, and only THEN informed me that the fingerprint machine is not working. It's BROKEN. They told me to call the company that made the appointment and let them know as they had no way to communicate with that company. That's a LOAD OF CRAP! When I called the company, they were shocked that they hadn't heard from LabCorp, since it's LabCorp's responsibility to report any issues with equipment. I ended up having to travel to another company's lab a few miles away to have my scan done. What a complete WASTE OF TIME! Don't bother with this location.

That freaked me out because I had to "go". Their office only had about 2 people waiting in the lobby. So, I was excited when she called me to the desk about 5 minutes after I checked in to tell me she'd be with me in a few minutes. She called me to the back, had me lock my personal items up and keep the key, and sent me to handle my business within a 3 minute deadline. That wasn't an issue for me & I was back to her in no time. I signed my documents and was out of there within 15 minutes of me checking in. That was a win for me! I would go back if ever needed. I didn't have a bad experience at all.

But according to an employee, it's not her job to tell people their appointments have been canceled. Furthermore, it's 2026. Are you going to tell me that they were unable to get an IT guy out there to help?! I ended up having to go do another location and when I told the people working there about jabba the huts attitude, they were flabbergasted and suggested that I contact the better Business bureau which I fully intend on doing

I scheduled a 9:10 appointment and was seen way ahead of my appointment time. I used the kiosk to sign in, scan my ID and Insurance Card. Cindy , the phlebotomist came out to greet me immediately. I was weighed, blood pressure screened and my blood was drawn in less than 10 minutes. This location is excellent. I have always been happy with the service everywhere with Quest. The best part is I saved on my grocery bill by shopping in the Walmart after my appointment. A win ! Super convenient location.

Very disappointed with the quality and efficiency of service here. Had taken my family for a travel…read moremedicine consultation. We arrived at 12pm to an empty waiting room except for a gentleman who it appeared had been seen but was waiting for paperwork?. As new patients we filled out the required (but basic) forms and handed these in. And the proceeded to WAIT...and WAIT...and WAIT. A lady came after us and was seen in less than 10minutes. I assume this is because she was a prior patient and thus her information was already in the system. It was 12:45pm before we were finally invited to a patient room (as it turns out ALL THIS TIME they had been "entering our information" - mind you they had already confirmed our insurance). Sigh. It was 1:20pm before the Physicians Assistant (PA) entered our room. I couldn't believe it. This was a center with NO PATIENTS when we arrived. The vaccine consultation was limited at best. Questions regarding possible allergies/reactions were NOT brought up by the PA. As patients we recognized the possible complications when it came signing the vaccination form and though their nurse had already prepared the vaccinations, we had to opt for 2 family members NOT to do the vaccine because the PA was uncertain of possible reactions. NOR was she aware of alternate measures we could take for those unable to receive required vaccinations. [This location is advertised as a Travel Medicine Office....me thinks not!]. Between seeing the PA, getting the vaccines (1 vaccine by the way) and making a payment, we were finally able to leave at 2:20pm. For an Urgent Care Center with zero patients when we arrived the lack of efficiency in the service was very very disappointing as was the limited knowledge of the PA in a travel medicine office. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
