Maybe those were bad days for the location or heavy traffic times, but my experience was very good. I couldn't get a morning appointment online as all locations showed afternoons only so I took a chance and went in at 9am for lab work. One thing I do agree with the other reviews is the perception you get when walking in the front door. It's just chairs sitting along the walls and 2 check-in kiosks at the far wall and 1 door. When you go someplace for a medical-related activity, you tend to think sterilized look and feel... this isn't that. It's just a room for waiting and your only option is door #1 and you wonder if you got the right place! The kiosks for check-in at least gives you a better feel that you came to the right place. If you didn't schedule an appt online, you just put your drivers license under the reader and it searches for your insurance info. If it can't find it, it asks you if you want to enter it and it has you put your insurance card under the reader and voila, all your info. You confirm and then grab a seat. Every so often, someone opens the door and yells out a name to follow them. Once you get through the door, there's a makeshift "front desk" where you get processed then you're led to one of the other rooms to have blood drawn. I will say this, the lady who drew blood was very good at it! Hardly felt a thing which is very appreciative! And that's it! 30 minutes after entering the waiting room, I was back outside breathing a sigh of relief that it truly was a valid test lab I would recommend this location at least for a time around 9am for a walk-in. And leave your perceptions about medical offices at home so you don't panic when you enter the building

And once it all came through to my doctor? Doc told me they still missed multiple items on my order. So this testing we'd been waiting forever for...pointless. I have to start the whole process over again thanks to Labcorp bc all these blood tests have to happen in conjunction. But they're still billing my insurance! Please avoid every Labcorp location possible. They should be shut down for not being able to read a simple blood test order.

I contacted Dr. Strickland direct via email and called and left several voicemail messages on their…read moreoffice phone on December 30th regarding some information I needed to file a medical claim so that I could be reimbursed by insurance for a previous visit. I told them it was an urgent matter. Have they followed up in any way with me over the last 16 days? No, they have not. They had my email and my phone number I left in the messages. Any doctor who would do this to a former patient is not worth seeing. This is why I am writing this review.

Did the blood draws for my Genova kit and was in and out so quickly. Employee said that showing a bank statement on my phone was not acceptable, but if I printed it the same document and brought it back, it would be accepted. I mentioned that, alternatively, I had a credit card, but that didn't have my current address. Employee told me to reschedule the appointment. I called the customer service line to reschedule, and representative mentioned that a credit card would have been fine and I didn't need to show my current address. In-person employee could have told me this when I showed her my credit card, but she didn't so. Emails did clearly state they needed proof of address, and did not clearly state that only printed copies were acceptable. Terrible, confusing experience, with a representative who did not care that she wasted the customer's time. Would not recommend.
