The larger lab was very reputable, so even though Enveina had no reviews and little internet presence, I gave it a shot. So glad I did!Kawania was extremely professional and competent at her job, as well as warm and personable. She is great with people, and drew my blood faster and cleaner than anyone ever has- no poking and prodding. We chatted some, and she told me this is a new business that she is hoping to take full-time, but currently still working full-time for a different laboratory, and doing this part-time. She is a one woman crew, which means you'll have consistency in good communication from making the appointment to drawing the blood in person. I learned that she's a mother, veteran, and woman of color-- and most importantly, just seems like an incredibly kind, sincere, hard working person who clearly has a big heart. Starting a business is really hard, and I wanted to do my part and helping to get her name out, so I listed her business just now and I'm leaving this review. I hope you'll give her a try. You're gonna have to pay some kind of fee no matter where you go- so why not help an awesome community members small business get off the ground, rather than putting more pennies into corporate healthcare's pockets?

Lkisha, the phlebotomist, called the day before and showed up right on time. She is friendly, detailed, and very professional. I've had some difficult draws, but she has the knack. Did the blood draws for my Genova kit and was in and out so quickly. No lines, no waiting room, no driving in the 40 degree weather and I got my coffee and breakfast right away after fasting overnight! Win, win, win! Excellent service. Thanks so much!

This lab has horrendous customer service and takes no responsibility for their own mistakes. I…read morewould give them 0 stars if I could. We have a family member who is quite ill and homebound so we had blood drawn via a mobile phlebotomy service. 6 sample tubes were delivered to the Cary Quest location where they were signed for by an employee of the lab. We have paper documentation of the receipt of the six tubes, along with photo documentation of the tubes themselves all labeled correctly. An electronic order was put in by the patient's provider and a copy of the order was provided with the samples when they were dropped off. Somehow, the lab only ran samples off of one tube for two of the tests and never ran the other six test. They also don't have those samples anymore. The lab has no number to contact them so we cannot actually speak to someone at the lab. All we can do is speak to some of the central location who was unable to figure anything out and just told us that the ordering provider had to call. The ordering provider called the Central number and also got no information. So now we have tests they're delayed by over a week and we have to spend more money on more phlebotomy with no guarantee that the test will actually be run and no way to talk to anyone who is running them. We are stuck using this location because the labs have to be done through quest. I would drive all day to another location in another company if I could use someone else. This is just absolutely awful service with detrimental effects to the customer and no responsibility.

I knew I needed professional care - just in case the object was stuck in the inner ear. The clinic opened promptly at 8am as advertised and I was the 3rd one seen. The nurse, then doctor Nate, examined my ear and agreed the nurse would irrigate it. This was done at once. They found no evidence of any object in my ear. I thanked both people for their excellent, friendly, swift care. After church, back home, I found the missing object stuck in the bathroom sink drain, and sent a mss to the nurse and Nate letting them know and thanking them once again. I have had many medical encounters, and this was among the BEST in my 82 years. I hope my review will be shared with all wanting to know more about this kind, efficient and caring venue. THANKS AGAIN!
