I have never been seen so quickly and be treated so nicely! I was recently at another one of their competitors (the one we all know with Lab in the name...they are a Corporation...of Labs...) where I was not treated so friendly at all. Lots of attitude there, like they were mad at me that they worked there... Not at ARCpoint though! I walked right in with no appointment. The waiting room was clean and inviting, the man at the desk greeted me and asked how he could help, I showed him my paperwork, wee typed in a few numbers, and he took me back instantly. He was friendly and conversational and I was in and out in probably 10 minutes. Best lab experience I have ever had.

We got a regular PCR test on Saturday for a Tuesday flight. When we did not have results by 3pm we…read moreheaded to ARCpoint for the "45-minute result" PCR test (had made an appointment just in case this happened). We filled out paperwork, handed over the credit card, and then the technician came out. Right after finishing my swab and just before going around the car to do my wife's swab; both our phones "dinged" with our CVS results (negative). The technician offered to refund our fees if we wanted to cancel. I noted that the CVS results did not have a QR code so I wasn't sure if it would be accepted (friend going to Egypt had this problem). He offered to wait while we called CVS to see if they could generate a report with the code. I asked if the ARCpoint report had a QR code and he said yes. We decided to go ahead and do the ARCpoint tests and to get the travel certificate. Great experience with very courteous and efficient folks. 5 stars for sure.

Excellent customer support from everyone! The gentleman I scheduled with was so helpful; correcting my booking errors and had great patience and understanding. Lkisha, the phlebotomist, called the day before and showed up right on time. She is friendly, detailed, and very professional. I've had some difficult draws, but she has the knack. Did the blood draws for my Genova kit and was in and out so quickly. No lines, no waiting room, no driving in the 40 degree weather and I got my coffee and breakfast right away after fasting overnight! Win, win, win! Excellent service. Thanks so much!

Ease of setup, appointments , communication - all fantastic…read moreWe did run into issues with the draw with not enough blood coming into the vials but not sure if it was just narrow veins of the child or the needlr placement could have been better. It was eventually done and shipped as promised. In all a great convenience and experience with every drop counts mobile phlebotomy.
