That person's appt. took much longer than the 10 minute slot shown on the schedule. By the time I left, there was a significant line of people waiting for their appointments - so they are behind schedule from the beginning of the day and it only gets worse. One cause of the problem is the person doing the blood draw also has to handle the paper work. Another problem is there is only one technician on duty. The technician is pleasant and skilled but does not have adequate support. "MyQUEST" does not show results and Quest Support Team offers no explanation or help other than to say "all tests are complete."

I explained that my doctor's office was unable to draw my blood after expressing difficulties finding veins and that I was used to this issue. I also expressed that I was a bit nervous, but the tech was quick getting the needle in and drawing all the required blood. I barely felt the needle and it was over before I knew it; the entire process was completed before my scheduled appointment time even started. She was giving me instructions and told me to only fill the cup to a certain amount. I told her that I'd been holding it for 20 minutes and I really needed to go. She looked at me and said nastily, " I don't want this entire cup filled with urine." I asked if there were wipes in the bathroom to do a clean catch specimen. Again, she nastily said "there's tissue in the bathroom." I was able to get my results in my hand before I left which was great. I doubt I will go back there if I need another drug screening done.
