Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at a lab! They clearly do not want to work there or make money for the business. The office lady was rude and could care less about me. I have never written a negative review regarding a company before. I waited 40 min to get my blood drawn at 8 in the morning. It appears that they forgot my name because there were multiple cycles of people who arrived after me being called. I went up to the desk multiple times to see the issue and I kept getting "you will be called next." I then am had to sit in a chair after the bed was not available for another 20 more minutes. I then passed out. After I recovered I had to stand in line for another 15 minutes to give a urine sample. At this point I had waited for an hour, missed my bus, and was late for work. The staff provided no urgency or care regarding the time I waited. After getting more than 40 plus labs, this is by far the worst experience I have ever had. read more

I made an appointment online, paid out of pocket, and they demanded an imaginary appointment number. I provided a confirmation email, confirmation number, my ID, and I was given a lot of sass by the lady working the front desk. They need training on bedside manner and how to do their job. I ended up going full lawyer mode and was able to follow through on my appt. Worst experience I've ever had. Even though my appt. time was set, many walk ins were seen before me and they ran. behind. I didn't have any choice in choosing this place to do my labs because it's where my doctor sent me. If I had, I would've gone somewhere else. My first impression was a dimly lit wedding room, and rather brusque direction to check in digitally and not manually. This be my first time here I wasn't aware of the procedural approach. The front desk staff is the rudest I've ever seen. I waited over an hour and a half and then when they started taking people who checked in after me (and I mean they checked in an hour after I got there) I went up to ask why. The girl at the front desk gave me three different stories, wouldn't give me any time frame or tell me why I was getting skipped, she was rude, belligerent, I started crying and she stared at me blankly with zero empathy. I asked to speak with anyone else she said no. What a horrible place. Took me 2 hours to get in the back, and they almost took blood from someone with the same first name instead of me until I stopped them and told them to check the last name. If you have a choice, go anywhere else. If you don't, call your insurance or doctor and beg them to add a different Lab provider. I know I will be. read more

I came in for a drug test. They asked me to check in on the kiosk which I did. Somehow they forgot me and I ended up waiting an hour until I went to the desk to remind them. At that point they checked me in manually and I was seen. read more

I showed up with my passport which clearly stated 2/24/2021 9:14 A.M. MOUNTAIN TIME. I was there at 8:30 a.m. only to be told that my passport was expired because they run off Eastern Time. Which, fine, but based on when I signed up the expiration should have been 11:14 Eastern time! But no, they gave me the local time at the time of issue and then just gave me the "sorry, nothing we can do" BULLSHIT due to THEIR SYSTEM being broken. I went to get my blood work done & the front desk lady was incredibly rude. Some girl with a nose piercing and faith piercings. She was so short with everyone that asked her questions. Made us all feel stupid for asking simple questions. Then she took me back to do my blood work and was so rude and cold. She showed no friendliness to me as a patient and made me so uncomfortable that she was sticking a needle in me. Would rather drive anywhere else to do bloodwork because of this. This place wasn't half bad. It's a drug testing lab, what more could you expect, no need for five star hotel service or anything. They did their job, had a pleasant attitude and got us in quick. Actually got us in quicker than other drug testing labs I have been to in the past so bonus points for that one. I am leaving for Texas in 2 days and needed a 48 hr test done for my urologist appt in exactly 2 days. I ran from work and arrived 1 min after 4:30. Before I even get to the counter the lady with the butched white hair says "we don't do drug tests after 4:30" so I responded "do I look like I do drugs?" She shook her head no and I said "I just need a blood test done". She says "we don't do those after 4:30" So i asked "you don't make exceptions for 1 min?" She says "we can only do what we can do, sorry" obviously I said "no you're not" and walked out. I won't be getting the meds I need for the next 9 months because of this arrogant individual. I wish I could give them a 0 star. The staff at this location were BEYOND rude. Upon entering and checking in, the woman at the front desk asked very private patient information such as my social security number, address, birthday, etc in a very quiet room filled with listening ears. When I expressed I was uncomfortable sharing this info vocally but would be happy to write it down for her she got very irritated and said she would only take them vocally. (And while me sharing my social she kept REPEATING it aloud!) While waiting, her and another employee (short blonde hair) gossiped and complained about a previous pt they had seen at their FRONT DESK, so we all could hear! Lastly while giving my sample the short blonde hair lady treated me as if I was a jail inmate and was so short and rude with her instructions and treated me as if I was trying to hide something. I was appalled with their rudeness and unprofessionalism. Along with the MANY HIPPA violations that took place while being in their facility. read more
