Without getting into details, just know this has been my providing office for years. I've never complained, always paid on time, and had good experiences. Moving to their new building that has changed. Be warned their are no exceptions, they don't ever make mistakes and the bill is left to you...while you still have to figure out your own health. I tried to consult with them to make this right several times. They didn't want to budge. So even if they respond to this review to save face, put your health in better and hands and your money. I would have recommended them prior to this which is why its pretty awful.

The ER is very clean. It's about a year old. It's your typical hours long wait time after you get triaged to get a room. Everyone we've encountered has been really friendly and good with my daughter. They' all have offered us a snack or drink. X-rays went well and the exam room was decorated cute and clean. Underwater themed. The technician was friendly and gentle with my daughter. The only thing I didn't appreciate is the Covid tested my daughter without asking and that has never happened to us before usually it's asked first. Plenty of parking.

This is specifically for Rheumatology and Endocrinology-…read more I've debated for months on sharing this- We started with Dr. Karen James, Rheumatology. We were brought back and about 10 mins into the appointment she was pulled out, which no worries, we can be patient but they told us "thanks for being patient or else it probably would have meant you needed to wait longer anyways" she was out for about 10 mins during our appointment yet we had to wait for her, pay a specialist fee with our insurance and they made it seem like we were an inconvenience . This was a specialist appointment that we were spending a significant amount of money on. She listed and reviewed labs but seemed like she was not taking us seriously and was highly distracted. She didn't take my daughter seriously despite a significant family history and lab proof and pushed us off to a different specialty. We were referred to endocrinology with Dr. Alexander Karmazin. We went in hopeful and quickly realized it was futile. He came in- told us one lab result doesn't justify a diagnosis. (Clearly he didn't review the years of labs and medical documentation on file) I pointed this out and he took a step back and let me explain my child's current issues. He asked me about my history. Here's recognized the labs supported significant issues but said it wasn't his department so he could only provide a referral. Here's the kicker- IM CAPITALIZING BECAUSE I NEED OTHER WOMEN TO SEE THIS. HE ASKED ME ANOUT MY PERSONAL HISTORY WHICH I DETAILED, AS IT WAS RELEVANT AND HE PROCEEDED TO TELL ME "WELL YOU DONT LOOK LIKE YOU HAVE (specific diagnosis)". Completely shocked I listed my history with extensive diagnostic history and he doubled down telling me I was wrong and don't look like I have that specific diagnosis and it's probably not active anymore. As someone who has dealt with a chronic illness, I was completely shocked and my diagnosis was not relevant and not in the scope of his specialization. After calling patient support, it turns out they are contracted through U of U and their team handles issues. The rep and I played phone tag for a few calls and after I called back a few times I never heard back to lodge a complaint or get this addressed. If you have kiddos referred here, maybe ask for another clinic. I'm so disappointed with the care we have received, my daughter has not been believed, my health was judged BY A PEDIATRIC SPECIALIST and no follow up to rectify the issue. Be careful taking your kids to the specialist group here

When it comes to medical offices that work with you to code procedures in order to make things go smoothly with your insurance and to keep your out of pocket low, they're among the worst I've worked with. They charge crazy high amounts in the first place, which are drastically adjusted by the insurance company (If you don't have insurance at all, beware!). I went in to address some sleep issues, and when asked how I wanted to handle the visit, I requested they do a full annual physical with blood work to determine what might be causing it. They ordered blood work and because they don't have a lab in-house, I had to schedule a return appointment. When I received the bill for the first visit, it wasn't coded as an annual physical. They billed it as something completely different, and between that and the blood work they ordered (some of which wasn't covered as part of an annual physical - which I'm OK with), my out of pocket ended up being far more than expected. When returning for the follow up appointment on my blood work, I discussed this with their office manager. I was told that they don't treat the initial and the follow up visits as one physical appointment, and that I had to pay for the first one as a normal outpatient visit since things were discussed in the visit that didn't pertain to an annual physical (make note - don't ask them to discuss any of your concerns, or you'll be billed for the mention of anything outside of the scope of an annual physical - and they won't tell you what those are until after you are billed). I was assured by that same office manager though, that the follow up visit would be billed as a physical and therefore would be fully covered by my insurance. We'll, turns out they billed the insurance company, for the second visit, not only for a physical, but also for an outpatient/office visit even though it was one visit. This after I was assured it would be billed as the physical only and fully covered. It felt not only opportunistic, but frankly, completely dishonest. They offered to cover half of the adjusted expense of this after making me fill out a "financial Consideration form" (as though this was about me not being able to afford it vs them admitting that they did anything wrong). In the end it seems that this office is more concerned about milking more money out of their patients than they are about building long-term relationships with them. I've worked with many offices over the years that are very good and fair about handling stuff like this. The two office visits to address essentially a requested physical and write a couple of prescriptions, were billed at around $1500. This is with no further treatment other than writing the prescriptions. That's practically what an ER would charge if I were to go there for similar reasons. Needless to say, I'm done with these guys.

The front desk staff was very kind. However we visited…read moretwice in 4 days, due to my teen daughter's condition worsening. She saw the same provider both times. A Streep test and a urine test was done on our second visit when we shared that her urine was an orange color. Blood was found in her urine and the provider prescribed Motrin. A antibiotic prescription was given "if she did not get better in a few days". I ended up taking her to the Intermountain ER a few days later where she was diagnosed with Mono. She was severely dehydrated after vomiting for 3 days, she was given an IV, medication for the nausea, and a complete treatment plan. Due to this being a virus, antibiotics are not part of her treatment. She was also instructed to rest for several day to reduce the risk of a ruptured spleen and told to contact her Primary Care doctor to follow up on care. I do not feel that the provided at Revere Health listened or worked to find out what was truly wrong with my daughter, and put her in more risk. I do not plan on visiting this clinic again.
