I did make a couple comments about how I was concerned about my baby. upon leaving though one of the people at the desk, whose name is Isaac, was mocking me as I left saying over updating the system oh no, your baby might die. Our last baby did die very unprofessional. I don't think that this flamboyant gentleman deserves to be working where he is very insulting. Very dissatisfied with my visit.

Our double rainbow, miracle baby was our only normal embryo, so I'm sure you can imagine how overwhelming and nerve wracking this pregnancy was for us. We found this place and came in for an ultrasound between our scheduled ultrasounds with my OB. This gave us such a solid peace of mind and helped us to sleep better at night knowing all was well with him. We also took advantage of their couples massage while we were on our staycation/baby moon and it was FANTASTIC. The women we had working on us really took the time to learn what we wanted. There was a point in time where I started to feel a little faint and my lady (I wish I could remember her name) was so patient and accommodating. She had me sit up, gave me water and we decided to pivot and have me turn on my back so I could breathe the fresh air. They do massages for anyone, you don't have to be pregnant! I will definitely be back for one post-partum. Lastly, we had a 3D ultrasound done when I was around 32ish weeks. The tech was so sweet and took her time to get all the great shots. She even had me re-position and drink cold water etc to see if we could get different views. The photos turned out perfect and as you can see in the picture I'm sharing in my review, there is definitely a resemblance! Really thankful for this place and happy to have had it as part of our journey to parenthood. I highly recommend!

The doctor failed to conduct a thorough examination, did not diagnose any medical conditions based on her symptoms, and didn't order any tests. She felt that her concerns and medical history were completely ignored. It was clear the doctor showed little care or attention, falling short of basic ethical and professional standards. We expected better quality and compassion from a medical provider. My wife ended up going to a different doctor that actually showed care and compassion. My wife ended up needing emergency surgery. I'm in the medical industry and would not trust this urgent care at all. I'm also going to contact the insurance company to see if they can even dispute the charges since the doctor essentially offered nothing.
