If I could leave a zero star I would. My wife had a very disappointing experience at this urgent care. The doctor failed to conduct a thorough examination, did not diagnose any medical conditions based on her symptoms, and didn't order any tests. She felt that her concerns and medical history were completely ignored. It was clear the doctor showed little care or attention, falling short of basic ethical and professional standards. We expected better quality and compassion from a medical provider. My wife ended up going to a different doctor that actually showed care and compassion. My wife ended up needing emergency surgery. I'm in the medical industry and would not trust this urgent care at all. I'm also going to contact the insurance company to see if they can even dispute the charges since the doctor essentially offered nothing. read more

Staff here was great. Wait wasn't bad first thing in the morning. Doc was great and helpful. Prescription was called in quickly.

This was a really convenient, super easy location to get to for getting blood drawn. Hardly any wait settled in a great location just next to American Fork Hospital. The staff here is as good as it gets! Was greeted warmly, and made me feel comfortable right away - engaging in conversation and attentive to one's needs. I love that there's a location close to home to get this done in a timely manner! read more

After a call from my doctor I called this office to ensure they were able to do the testing I needed. They confirmed and I made time out of work to come in for testing. I arrive and they tell me that they do not see the request I am asking for even with written prof on my app from my doctor. They request I, I repeat I, call my doctor to verify- even tho I'm holding written proof. So I call them instead of them doing their job and figuring it out. Afterwards I get confirmation and they then tell me they r not able to do the testing. I did my due diligence in taking extra steps to ensure I'm not eating my time, all so that I get my time wasted and no responsibility on who dropped the ball- they just keep blaming others for their errors- horrible service. read more

went to the ER with severe pain on my upper abdomen around 2-3 am no one waiting in the waiting room but still managed to take almost 15 min to get me in a room & another 40 mins for them to even consider giving me medication. why do they have the person checking me in the nurse & the doctor taking there sweet time asking i was waiting in excruciating pain with no check up or doctors. that's fine i assume there busy but tell me why when i poke my head out of my room my doctor & nurse are having a laugh in the middle of the hall ? even then it took them another 10-15 min to come to me after just to tell me that the only thing that would be given to me is capsacin crème rubbed on my belly. this has happened to me in the past last year & the previous doctor gave me morphine & other meds for nausea but the doctor insisted if he were to give me morphine that i will continue to come back in the hospital instead of treating it myself by succeeding my self completely from what's causing it. i came in to get help w my pain & nausea from a doctor not a therapist. when i tell u i left so upset at them they seemed to not care even the female nurse that came in tried being passive agressive due to the fact i was upset & in excruciating pain trying to send me out of the hospital with capsaicin crème & a couple pills that were prescribed that they didn't mention would have to be put up the ass... the whole time seemed like these guys were just trying to get me out. i wasn't being difficult or rude maybe it was bc i was questioning them who knows. read more
