I then went on to have screws put in the other elbow a few months later. Over the years he has put screws or pins in both elbows, both ankles and on some occasions multiple surgeries on re broken bones with additional screws. I think I put Dr. Kimball through the ringer as I was always getting busted up from accidents and fast living. I am now 57 years old and needed a complete knee replacement. I couldn't believe Dr. Kimball was still operating and was so at ease and excited he would put in a new knee for me. I can't believe its been over 40 years since I first met Dr. Kimball. He is just a great guy and class act on the highest level. I've had several family members needing joint surgery and had them all go to Dr. Kimball. He told us that the MRI was consistent with a slap tear, but MRI's are not reliable, he ignored the pain in her shoulder that is consistent with a slap tear and he kept focusing on the bone that was not yet fused together (because it was not supposed to be yet!). That was on top of going in the hall to answer his phone in the middle of examining. His phone rang a good five times during the exam and each time he took his phone out to see who was calling. Then he insinuated that the pain in my daughter's shoulder was because the car accident was not her fault and we just want money from the insurance company. I would NEVER recommend this doctor to anyone.
