This place is horrid!!!!!! Not only is the staff rude but I have been here multiple times and there is always an issue that they can't find my veins. I got pricked 3 times. After the first two times having them Intertwine the needle into my arm. Then Ana proceeds to tell me if they can only prick me 3 times and if they can't do it then they will have me come back another day. Like reprimanding me. It is NOT my fault the technicians can't do their job properly!! I always go to the labcorp in upland and there is never an issue they get my vein the first time and they do not leave me bruised. I have three bruises and a very sore arm. I am DISGUSTED and this is NOT the first time this has happened !!! read more

I only give this 2 stars because the young guy who did my son's DNA test was very nice and very apologetic when there was a fairly significant delay in the process. Otherwise it sucks. It's old and kind of dirty feeling, and every time I've been there they either can't find my paperwork or tell me I'm missing something, which I know that I'm not (I was/am a phlebotomist and I know what I need for lab work). What made me leave a review today however, was this: I brought in my 4-week-old son for a court-ordered paternity test and part of that test is a photograph, but the lab's Polaroid wasn't working correctly. Because of this, what should have been a 15-20 minutes test ended up being almost 50 minutes, and since I had to wake him from his nap, he was really fussy. No problem, the lab tech had no issue with me nursing him until they found a camera that worked. As soon as they did, I sat him up, we took the pic, and the tech left me the room to get my son back in his car seat and put myself back together. Except no, the girl using the room after me just waltzed her patient (an older gentleman) in and had him sit in the draw chair BEFORE I EVEN HAD MY SHIRT COMPLETELY ON. she didn't apologize or make any acknowledgment to me whatsoever, just left a man staring at my exposed chest while I tried to cover up really fast. I said "uh ok I guess I'll go now? Sorry?" And she just stared at me as I walked out. Ridiculous and completely unnecessary, not to mention all my paperwork was sitting on the table and that's a clear HIPAA violation. I won't ever be coming back here again if that's how they allow their staff to treat people. read more

Wife went in First i asked to wait for her since she wanted to see how they were going to react with my son's first time blood withdraw .They said yes but after 2 min they rushed my son into blood Just for them to sit around and chit chat. Lady asked for my phone number but never wrote it onto the system because she was in hurry after i went after my son as he was crying. very awful place poor service/ we went on a saturday before their close time 11:00 but they said they close already which was only 10:51 actually. there was no patient there but us but they were not willing to do their jobs they just wanna be off duty and leave. they stated they only accept appointments for saturday but their open hours are too short even during mon-fri weekdays. my boys off school 3:22 and yet they close 2:30!!!! very disappointed. read more

My experiences here have been really good despite the amount of people there and a little wait. Recently I went here for a walk in appointment and I want to thank the staff ,especially Itzel, for helping/calling to get my orders that I thought I had. Started coming to this location because they open up earlier. This is the second location I've been to and this one was probably the cleanest..that being said I do go in the mornings. Staff is nice and quick to get you out. I've also been lucky enough to not leave with any bruises. Side note: All of my visits have been during the coronavirus and this location has the chairs set up to accommodate the social distancing which is also a plus considering the other location I went to did not have that. read more

Worst. Service. Ever. Everyone is dressed unprofessional. Everyone has an attitude with the exception of the front desk. It seems like this office only hires little kids. I would skip this one and go to a different location. Frances kept walking uncomfortably close to me in and out the door without an excuse me or sorry or anything. Some other girl w red hair in a 80s style, red hoops and a dog collar that has studs did the same, I mean you can tell by her description she's not professional at all. My wife came into labcorp for some blood tests. She walked up to the counter looking for the typical clipboard sign in sheet you have at medical offices. At the same time there was another customer at the counter. She was just looking to sign in. Perhaps it was a privacy issue or something but the person at the desk literally screamed at her and told her to get back. Everyone in the office was shocked. read more

I have never left a bad review for a blood lab facility, and I've been getting blood work since I was 13 due to my juvenile rheumatoid arthritis. So unfortunately, I have experience. On December 24th I made an appointment online for 11 a.m. A day before they called me saying I need to reschedule due to a "glitch in the system". I told them I couldn't because I'm getting chemo treatment right now and they won't proceed until I have blood drawn every week. So they scheduled me for 7 a.m appointment instead which was fine. The lady who drew my blood was from a San Dimas location and she was lovely. Today December 30th I had an appointment but I forgot my lab slips at home. I know city of hope is very good about sending over lab request. The lady in the front with blonde hair "couldn't find it" and she asked me to drive home to get it. I told her I was already there and I would just call the doctors office. So I stepped aside to do just that. Of course city of hope informed me they in fact did send them over a week before but that they would resend them and fax. So I asked the lady in the front and she said there has been no fax. Then I told her they have a glitch in there system because that's why they rescheduled last week. She then rudely began to explain to me what a fax machine is and what a computer is. I told her I'm not illiterate nor dumb and that I literally have a tumor in my uterus that these blood draws are important and she shouldn't be rude. Then suddenly my blood orders appeared and she asked me to sit down. At this point I was ready to cry I'm already going through a difficult time and the front desk should be more compassionate or pick a different field of work. Then I heard her tell one of the girls about me and start gossiping. Unfortunately the same girl drew my blood and she didn't make eye contact with me and made me feel very uncomfortable. Waited nearly 2 hours for a walk in. Moral seems very low and staff seem unhappy. When I was called in, other patients were being called in (that were walk ins and came in after me) were being treated before myself. I just think it's not worth it to come to this location. What a nightmare. First time I come with my 9 month old he didn't weigh enough for all of the blood work the doctor ordered up. I kept asking the technician to repeat herself because she was explaining why they couldn't do the test, but in terms that made no sense. And I have a degree in animal medicine so I know some. But she just kept repeating that the "big tubes" and little tubes couldn't be done at his weight and she "wasn't a doctor" so she couldn't perform just two of the four tests. She had to get doctors permission to just do 2. They tried calling my doctor but they were at lunch. Told me they'd call me when doctor approved a test. Fast forward 2 days, she calls and tells me to come in whenever. About a week and a half later I call and ask if they have enough time to take my BABY before they closed. They said sure come in. Husband and I drive all the way out there, we get inside and they say "oh the babies 9 months? We don't have the butterfly needle for that." I lost it. I told the girl I JUST called and said I was bringing my baby. Not once did she think to ask the age???? Ridiculous. I never call corporate but I definitely will be. So ridiculous. New system in place where you check yourself in at a Kiosk. They only have three and one is already Out of Order. Long line for that then you still have to check in at counter after waiting in a longer line. There's only one receptionist helping everyone out while other one is chatting it up with the phlebotomists. Old people in line, parents with children in line, everyone is disgruntled. So unprofessional! Last time i come to this LabCorp. Willing to drive out further for better customer service!! read more

How do you have a pay in cash option and don't have change? Said you could take cash and I had my husband drive from work here and say you don't have change? Sent us in a search for change when you should always have change available for cash patients. Still, asks us if we're going out again when we came back from the pharmacy out of the building and asking for change like hello i have a toddler and walking around asking other offices for change is not something I look forward to. Maybe, work on some customer service and have change in hand would be great. read more

I'm not sure if there's actually another company you can go to have your blood work done, because this was the only one our doctor offered. But if you have an option, DON'T GO HERE. They were HORRIBLE. First: we waited with my one year old for an hour for a *scheduled appointment.* Baby became irate (surprise). I think we would have actually been seen faster if we had just walked in without an appointment-- several people who came in after us were seen first. Then: The pediatric techs (the ones who are used to drawing blood from kids and babies, supposedly) could not perform the one job they had to perform--finding a vein to draw blood. Somehow, that was my fault as a parent. My daughter started crying hysterically, and they brought in a new tech who was incredibly rude. I offered to nurse the baby to calm her down and increase fluids in her (which would help with the blood draw), and the tech asked if I wanted to wait longer. I said no, we'd already been waiting for an hour, that's why my daughter was so angry to begin with. She said that no, the baby is angry because "he" doesn't like me holding "him". Are you kidding me?! Another tech corrected her on the gender of my daughter, and she continued to refer to her as a "him". She didn't have the opportunity to belittle my parenting again, apparently she was behind schedule for the day. Absolutely awful. read more

I was afraid coming here from all the reviews but to my amazement this place was actually a real good facility. I love that they open at 6 am. Made it real convenient. Especially when your always on the go. The morning staff are really nice, attentive, and respectful. The place was clean and organized. The service was very quick. We didn't wait more then 10 min to get the test done. My daughter who was so afraid to get blood drawn actually didn't even fidget because the technician was very soft hand and made my daughter feel comfortable. Glad we came here. read more

It's an okay place. You come in and it feels like the place sucks your good energy dry. The people who work here seem dead. The guy who doe my blood work did good but just seemed like he was in a funk and brought that atmosphere with him at work. And he was a little bit rude. I hope I don't have to get my Blood Work done anytime soon from this place. God please...literally feels like it's a place where people go to finish their mundane businesses before going to heaven or hell. read more

However, they drew my blood in a room at the same time another patient was in the room with me. It was super uncomfortable as we were in a tiny room together. The lady said the check in doesn't work on Saturday??????? How come there's no sign stating that anywhere? Went as a walk in because their website stated there were no appointments available through November. Walked in at 9:15am, checked in and told it was about a 45 minute wait. I waited 2 hours. Sat in waiting room for over 1.5 hours and not once did i see an associate come out and sanitize check in I-pads or chairs. read more

I've been here several time every time I am here I have a great experience Quick thing about me , blood drawn or needle make me pass out and this place is always accommodating to this I tell them right away and they give me someone there that is gentle and easy going Today I came it and lady name "Ana " took my blood she was very nice , gentle and I didn't even pass out and she got my vain first time around with out any pain !! . Next time I have my blood drawn I will be asking for her personally and would recommended making an appointment if possible I was in and out within 15 mins , thank you LabCorp for the better experience I need to help cope with blood draws read more

We've been coming here for awhile. The staff are generally fantastic. They make you feel at ease while your test is done, which is a godsend when my kids have their bloodwork done. The wait can be long and the waiting room noisy and crowded during busy periods, so it's not the most comfortable environment. You should therefore make an appointment! I've been here twice and each time it was nice and fast. First time I brought in my toddler 15mins before they closed and they knew exactly how to deal with her and make it easy for both. Of course as any toddler she was crying but got over it after a couple of tubes of blood and by the time they finished she was okay just wanted to rush out lol. Second time I was literally in and out within 10-15mins. They are very polite, nice, and clean. Will definitely be coming to the place from now on for any future blood work to be done. read more
