I don't see how this location has 4.0 star rating on GOOGLE BIZ. I dealt with a phlebotomist who was working the front desk as check in with an ATTITUDE. I asked her if they had an email address to send my doctors scripts to, she replied back to STATE it doesn't work, you can have your doctor FAX it! All the other Labcorp locations always provide an email address to email doctor scripts. Not this location so be advised! Beware of the front desk receptionist who is a phlebotomist as well. I overheard her talking to another customer about what I had asked her, regarding an email address, to send scripts to she pulled the review I posted online and started laughing. Needless to say I walked out with my doctor's script and refused service, since I did not TRUST her after she had billed my insurance provider. I will never return here to this location again! I will be making a complaint with corporate unprofessionalism, poor work ethic, disrespectful, rude, and nasty behavior from this woman who works behind the scenes! read more

Mennieshia does her job extremely well, most wait times and issues are caused by lack of patience. However I enjoyed my experience, I do wish and hope there is more help at this location one day to ease some stress. read more

They work super slow, not in a rush at all. Lo g time wait, 3 persons in more then 30 minutes. And there will be people called ahead of the checked in line. We had to spend an hour there, because after you will be called you will have to wait about 10-15 minutes in the room. Very upset with this service. read more

Most Labcorp locations that I've been to have only had 1 person running the whole thing. I consider this as standard for them. Despite this, Menniesha knows what she's doing! Honestly, she embraces it. She has a system, she's efficient, and she has the personality to make what can be a boring, uncomfortable visit, to something that actually brings a smile to your face. To anyone that goes to a Labcorp on a time crunch in the first place, that's your fault. But if you want to go somewhere doing the best job at managing this, go to Menniesha! read more

I usually give this location a 5 star review. But what happened on Friday the 24th was unacceptable. I had an appointment at 7:45 am. No one showed up for work. Alot of people were waiting in freezing 19 degree weather for their blood work. My message to management would be give people some kind of warning. At least write a message on Google for the walk-ins and for appointments give people a call. I waited until 8:05 am and decided to go to another location. read more

We always use this LabCorp location. Mennisha is the only tech who can get our blood quickly and painlessly. You need to check in on the kiosk, it is not difficult. Standing at the window yelling for help will start you out on the wrong foot! Mennisha runs the whole operation alone, checking in several people and then drawing blood, and checking in the next set. We appreciate her humor and her get-it-done sensibilities. I see how some might take offense but we appreciate her so much! Once specialist insisted we use a lab in DelCo-after stabbing hubby several times they told us to come back another day when the better tech would be there. What? That would never happen with Mennisha. She is quick and no ugly bruise! read more

Made an appointment for lab tests. Received an email reminder yesterday, but when I arrived the location was closed and had been for a while. My appointment still indicates the closed location So I went to another location, but its computer system was down. Very poorly run business read more

I couldn't have imagined a better, smoother experience! Looking over the previous [negative] reviews, I can't help but imagine what these people were expecting. I arrived as a walk-in, was instructed to check-in at the kiosk terminal, and was promptly greeted with efficient service. Top marks for Mennieshia, helped me get in and out with no issues and no time wasted - all things considered, I'd say this is exactly how this place should be ran. read more

Never go to this location of labcorp. The lady over there was such a rude and racist one. She first allocated me room#3. After filling up every room, she started with room#1. When that person's work was done she called me over to room#1 without disinfecting or even wiping that seat. I ignored that but he just drew the blood without even checking vein properly. It hurted so much and then lady started saying 'am being nice, being nice" I dont understand why would she come to work if she isn't interested ... such a pathetic experience read more

I hate getting my blood drawn. But I recently had to, and I went to the Lab Corp in Malvern/Frazer. The woman who drew my blood was incredible - she got the needle in on the first try with NO pain. I have bad veins, so I was blown away. I'm definitely going there for all of my bloodwork in the future. read more

Avoid the Malvern location. It has the soul of a dead beetle. No acknowledgement nor direction from the woman who was working when I walked in. Asked if I should sign in and received a snarky "yes". She then went in the back room long enough that the light went out in the office area (she was assisting someone else). I assumed she/someone would be back out to help me out as she did not provide any direction/assistance at all. A person/client came out from the back and left. The woman called my name but did not look at me - she sat at the desk behind the glass and looked at the side wall instead. I stood up and went to the window. She said "come around" like duh, I was supposed to just KNOW that I was to open and walk through a door and sit at her desk on the other side. Once I did, there was still no pleasantness. No telling me her name, no guidance. Just " do you have your insurance card" and "sign here". The second thing she said was "good morning", as perhaps maybe she even felt she was being too rude. Very awkward. Part of me wanted to walk out and the other part just wanted the test done. I also wanted to push back and say something about her rudeness but I thought about how she was going to be sticking a needle in my arm in a minute (After the initial entry & cold reception I had quickly read reviews about this office and found out Labcorp makes the same person do everything - checkin/paperwork/labwork). Can't say I would be pleased about that either, but if thats the job, at least be a professional about it. It wasn't my fault that was the job description. It didn't get any better in the back. Asked what arm I preferred to pull the blood. I said left & she choose the right. And went right to it. Didn't ask me to make a fist so the vein would be easier to find. No finesse, no empathy towards the "patient". Many thanks to my insurance company for sticking me with the lowest cost partnership deal they made with Labcorp. For those who do not know this. As a Phlebotomist it is our duty to know venipuncture it is a career. We are not just phlebotomist we also handle the front desk while checking in patients and calling doctors offices to insure you test code are correct and that your insurance company is properly billed for said test. It is appalling to me to hear the sentence "you do everything?" Are these same questions asked of nurses when you see them filling out paper work at their desks? Understand that we have chosen this as a professional career and are well aware of what we are doing and yes we did attend school and pay student loans in order to do this. My wife and I have had two awful experiences with the Labcorps in both Malvern, PA and Paoli, PA. At the Paoli office, my wife needed bloodwork done, and the women working there were incompetent and could not take my wife's blood. They stuck her multiple times and did not seriously her concerns that she was "light-headed" and "about to faint." She fainted. Later they said, "If you can't handle someone taking your blood, how are you going to have a baby?" This is not an exaggeration; this is a direct quote! At the Malvern office, the SAME women were working there. The woman at the front counter tossed the sign-in sheet to us rather rudely. Not a big deal, but it was somewhat unprofessional. Then this woman suddenly stood up, said f***!, and then ran out after a woman who had just had blood drawn. When the worker woman returned she started yelling at the woman in the back who was drawing the blood. This was just too much--we left. Stay away from these locations and the incompetent, apathetic, rude, coarse, and callous women who work there. read more

Friendly lady working but was the only one there - doing admin and drawing blood. My complaint is that I scheduled an appointment, but the walk-in there before me was seen first, which was already past my scheduled appointment time. So why take reservations if you won't honor them?! read more

United Healthcare has an agreement with Labcorp so they encourage their healthcare customers to use Labcorp for blood work. My recent experience was a poor one and I am fortunate since it could have been worse. The office in Frazer was manned by 2 women both taking information and also acting as technicians performing the medical procedures. I found this troubling since they were handling the office duties, patients and phone calls besides actually doing the medical testing. Having had regular physical exams over the years along with routine blood work, it was always a simple straight forward procedure. In this case, I was left with contusions for weeks that spanned up my arm. Everyone knows that if the technician is trained properly, there should be minimal if any bruising. This Labcop needs overseeing and management. Cutting costs can result in some dangerous injuries well beyond bruising. read more
