I have gone here early on a Saturday morning. Its the closest labcorp to me thats open during the weekend. There was a decent wait without an appointment. I did get there early as soon as they opened and there was already about 5-6 people waiting ahead of me. Technician was great, very quick. Not my first labcorp of choice due to the wait but a plus they have Saturday hours. Will continue to go when needed. read more

I went to this Labcorp today in Media and it is just getting worse everytime. The staff is just so rude. No one says hi or treats you with kindness or care. I had a young lady with shoulder length hair that was miserable, not welcoming and it was the most uncomfortable encounter. Then I had to leave a urine sample and just given a cup. I asked where is bathroom and not given direction to wear to leave it. Not given any wipes like they used to give you. The bathroom was dirty and disgusting with toilet paper on floor, dirty floor and the sink was not clean like forever. Then I left sample in an area where it was not secure in my opinion. Just lazy, unwelcoming, rude staff! LapCorp....you need to do better and with higher standards for cleanliness and nicer staff! read more

The card reading machine didn't work, so they "pushed" my information through, without looking at my card. This resulted in me having to pay a $40 copay-even though my insurance says I have no copay. No receipt. No refund Nothing. Labcorp will take 30 days before they look into this. The woman who processed me at the Media location was rude and dismissive. They are overwhelmed. Every time (once or twice a year) I go into this location, there is an ENTIRELY new staff. (Either they don't pay a living wage, or the work environment is abusive, grueling, or all of the above.) I started coming to the Media location years ago because they were incredibly rude at the Ridley Park Labcorp location. Now, It makes no difference where you go. NOTE: Labcorp is anti-trans. I was very pleased with LaQuisha Williams who was the tech who drew my blood last week. I am someone who can only have my blood drawn from my hand/wrist and she quickly and efficiently found the vein and had the process completed in a minute or two. I highly recommend her. read more

Labcorp - Laboratory Testing Near Me - Media, Pennsylvania

I have gone to this LabCorp twice now for bloodwork and both times, I have gotten in and out quickly and seamlessly. It took a little getting used to using the little machine out front to check in - for those that haven't been there, the first time you go, you have to stick your driver's license in the machine and let it read the front and back, and then your medical card as well. After that, you just check in with your driver's license and everything else pops up. At first l thought it was a little weird but it works. After you check in, they call you back, process your paperwork and send you right back for your lab tests. The whole process both times was less than 10 minutes - definitely less time than it takes to have bloodwork done at my doctor's office so it works for me. read more

I went here for a 3 hour glucose test recently. I had a question for the receptionist and she told me I had to wait then forgot about me. After I drank the glucola, the technicians decided to crack open a bottle and try some and discuss what they thought it tasted like and comment to themselves about how quickly I drank my dose. They insisted on drawing blood from the same location for all 4 times. When I requested using a different site for the final draw, they tried the elbow of my other arm and after twisting the needle around a bit were still not able to get a draw. So they went back to the original draw site which was very painful. While I was leaving I heard the technicians talking amongst themselves about how difficult my last draw was. It was a truly demeaning experience overall and I will not be back. read more

I went here on a Monday afternoon for routine bloodwork. There was one other person in front of me and I didn't have to wait long. There is a kiosk to do an initial check in and then a follow up with a person. I was taken back pretty quickly and the procedure itself was quick and painless. I tend to feel lightheaded after blood draws, so asked if I could lay down, which is an option there because they have a reclining chair. Overall it is clean and the staff is kind and efficient. I would not hesitant to return to this location. read more

Easy parking, quick kiosk check in, didn't wait more than 2 minutes before I handed in my paperwork and Dominique kindly and efficiently welcomed me, drew the samples, and I was on my way. Have been going to Lab Corp in Corcordville over a dozen years. Although they aren't overly friendly, they are efficient and professional and so good at their job there is never any pain. Rarely have to wait more than 10 minutes and this is when I just walk in without an appointment. Highly recommend. read more

This review is for the Ridley Park location. I could not find the page on here so hopefully this reaches them! Clean and fast! I was just a walk in and lucky me was seen within seconds! The woman drawling my bloods name was Teresa. She was fabulous! I usually feel light headed and need to lay down at the site of a needle but with Teresa I didn't even feel a thing. Her upbeat personality really made one of my least favorite things enjoyable. Will definitely be back to this location when needed. read more
