The total bill was nearly $900, with $185 coming directly out of my pocket. They had zero problem charging me for the entire thing, yet they only provided partial results by their own admission! Then, when I show up to get the rest of my blood drawn, they refuse and tell me I need another prescription. They know damn well they only did partial testing, but nobody can even tell me what's actually pending! To top off this absolute joke of a situation, the lady at the desk agrees I only got partial results, but then has the nerve to claim they didn't charge me for the whole test. If you didn't charge me for the whole test, then why does your own system say it's partial or 'not enough blood'?! Every single question I ask, all they say is, 'You have to call billing.' They are more than happy to snatch my money on the spot, but the second I have a legitimate question about their screw-up, suddenly it's my problem to chase down billing?! Look, I can accept an honest mistake, but refusing to fix the problem and actively screwing over the patient? What the absolute F****?!" The second time they needed to enter the orders and they had no clue what they were doing and unfortunately missed entering a basic CBC even though they drew the right tube for it so they never ran the test. Now I will have to have my blood drawn again! Also - I have great veins and it took them three sticks to get two vials of blood. This has never happened before and I am in my 60'd. In the end I had huge bruises on both arms. I will not be retuning to this location.

Is that even legal? The place is straight out of a horror movie. I would have never returned but I thought all I had to do was literally ha d someone a bag. The facility has a decent sized waiting room and offers digital check in at one of the three stations in the waiting room. Checking in on the kiosk was seamless. I was called to the back a little earlier than my scheduled time and the nurse (Madison) did her thing because I have "deep" veins and it's typically an ordeal to have blood drawn but one try and BOOM all done and done pain free! I am coming back here every time I need labs done and asking for Madison.

Parking was easy and going inside has directions for the office. Once inside you are greeted very quickly and if you have pre-filled out your information then all the front office needs are your ID, Doctor's Order and insurance. The waiting area is comfortable and once your docs are returned you wait for your appointment. I was called up on time, there is a changing room and bathroom and the technician with have you identify yourself (Hian sp) and then the test is done very quickly and efficiently. I had my written results by the afternoon and my PCP's comments the next day (weird that patients get the results before the doctor butt it's the law). A very satisfactory visit. I will return Tuesday to have my disk of results.

Within a minute, I received a text back saying, "please come in." When I entered the lab office, I did not see other patients and understood why I had to text them from my car first.
