The second time they needed to enter the orders and they had no clue what they were doing and unfortunately missed entering a basic CBC even though they drew the right tube for it so they never ran the test. Now I will have to have my blood drawn again! Also - I have great veins and it took them three sticks to get two vials of blood. This has never happened before and I am in my 60'd. In the end I had huge bruises on both arms. I will not be retuning to this location.

Had to drop off something from the previous visit. The young worker with glasses and braces said it wasn't in the system and had to be emailed. However i reiterated I'm not here for a visit I'm just dropping said bag off. She then told me to wait. Another person comes to the desk and calls my name minutes later, proceeds to look at my records in her system and immediately print the lab order and say thanks that's all. There are some rude and incompetent people in the world. But if you're going to work in a field dealing with people and a company's computer system you should know how to review charts and be somewhat kind atleast.

A week later, the doctor gets the results back--except they couldn't even finish all the tests because they didn't draw enough blood! The doctor's office tells me to go back to the lab so they can draw more blood and finish the job. That's when the absolute nightmare begins. The total bill was nearly $900, with $185 coming directly out of my pocket. They had zero problem charging me for the entire thing, yet they only provided partial results by their own admission! Then, when I show up to get the rest of my blood drawn, they refuse and tell me I need another prescription. They know damn well they only did partial testing, but nobody can even tell me what's actually pending! To top off this absolute joke of a situation, the lady at the desk agrees I only got partial results, but then has the nerve to claim they didn't charge me for the whole test. If you didn't charge me for the whole test, then why does your own system say it's partial or 'not enough blood'?! Every single question I ask, all they say is, 'You have to call billing.' They are more than happy to snatch my money on the spot, but the second I have a legitimate question about their screw-up, suddenly it's my problem to chase down billing?! Look, I can accept an honest mistake, but refusing to fix the problem and actively screwing over the patient? What the absolute F****?!" I've gotten my blood taken plenty of times, part of it is because its my job, other parts is because of check ups, blood drawns and what have you. The first person who took my sons blood was horrendous. She missed my son's vein, then started to fish the needle around. My son is 8 and on the thin side. I thought that needle was going to come out of his arm the way she was pushing and shoving it. Finally she gave up and pulled the needle out. She was going to try again and I told her no,and that i had never seen anyone move a needle that much in someone's arm. She got snippy and asked if I wanted someone else to do it. I said yes and she went to get her co worker. As she was on the other room she said that it was because my son had small veins and hadn't had alot of water. Then the other person came up, stuck the needle in and found the vein immediately. She left the needle in as she got the vials of blood she needed. No fuss, no mess. As she was filling things out she was mutterinv "oh, God!" Like I was bothering her. My next action after this is to find her manager and log a complaint.
