The first tech wasn't trained or confident enough to draw blood. The second tech, Ashley, was rough and poked my baby for an extended time--still failing to collect enough, then claiming the sample was insufficient and discarding it without our consent. When we spoke to the supervisor, Erika, she was rude, dismissive, and wouldn't let us explain. She wrongly assumed this was an immigration‑related test and treated us accordingly, which was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. We had to fight to have the sample sent, and surprise--it met minimum requirements and we got results the next day. If we hadn't stood our ground, our baby would have gone through another unnecessary blood draw. Poorly trained staff, rough handling of an infant, and an arrogant supervisor. Terrible experience. Avoid at all costs.

Had to drop off something from the previous visit. The young worker with glasses and braces said it wasn't in the system and had to be emailed. Which i had to go through my online portal to find the order my doctor had sent to them. Also berated me about their system check in which ask questions about visits. However i reiterated I'm not here for a visit I'm just dropping said bag off. She then told me to wait. Another person comes to the desk and calls my name minutes later, proceeds to look at my records in her system and immediately print the lab order and say thanks that's all. There are some rude and incompetent people in the world. But if you're going to work in a field dealing with people and a company's computer system you should know how to review charts and be somewhat kind atleast.

Given my past chemotherapy, my veins can be hard to get. I have never had an issue getting drawn here. I work with the phlebotomist to make them aware of my history. I drink lots of water the day before my testing to help. This location is closest to my home and easiest to get to for me. I love the new location. It has more accessibility for the handicap like me. Quest is my number one choice due the flexibility offered through them. I can track my history in their app. I have often needed to fax or email results to multiple doctors and I have the ability to fax/email from the app.

The second time they needed to enter the orders and they had no clue what they were doing and unfortunately missed entering a basic CBC even though they drew the right tube for it so they never ran the test. Now I will have to have my blood drawn again! Also - I have great veins and it took them three sticks to get two vials of blood. This has never happened before and I am in my 60'd. I thought it was good of them to be transparent upfront so that you won't be in for any surprises if insurance didn't cover the costs for some reason. The staff was friendly. The facility is very clean and neat which was good to see. My appointment was quick with no time wasted. You're in, you're out, then you're on your way back home.

I've gotten my blood taken plenty of times, part of it is because its my job, other parts is because of check ups, blood drawns and what have you. The first person who took my sons blood was horrendous. She missed my son's vein, then started to fish the needle around. My son is 8 and on the thin side. I thought that needle was going to come out of his arm the way she was pushing and shoving it. Finally she gave up and pulled the needle out. She was going to try again and I told her no,and that i had never seen anyone move a needle that much in someone's arm. She got snippy and asked if I wanted someone else to do it. I said yes and she went to get her co worker. As she was on the other room she said that it was because my son had small veins and hadn't had alot of water. Then the other person came up, stuck the needle in and found the vein immediately. She left the needle in as she got the vials of blood she needed. No fuss, no mess.
