The light were dark, the place looked closed. There was no staff to be found for 10 mins. When staff came out they were not wearing masks and were extremely rude. All I was doing was dropping off a prelabeled sample. They made me wait 15 mins just to hand them the bagged sample. The time before this, they took my daughter who is a minor back without me, the door slammed in my face and no one answered my knocks and calls until after her blood draw was complete. Is that even legal? The place is straight out of a horror movie. I would have never returned but I thought all I had to do was literally ha d someone a bag. Super clean, exceptionally kind, great staff. The waiting area is neat and check in is so easy. The staff from the lady who checked me in, to Vivienne who did my blood work were so kind. I honestly worry when getting blood work done, but Vivienne was so kind and thoughtful, and I barely felt anything. I was in and out quickly. *GO HERE INSTEAD OF THE STERLING LOCATION* I previously went to the sterling location for a test. The Lab techs in sterling were very rude, the tech said I didn't have enough and didn't indicate how much I needed, the office was gross, and it was freezing. I had to go back in again but chose this leesburg location instead. This location was 1000% better. The office was much much cleaner, the staff and techs were very nice. And the tech actually told me how much I needed before I took the test. Conclusion: don't waste your time at the sterling location, drive a bit farther and come here. 5/5 stars. read more

This is my favorite LabCorp location. Been to other locations including Lansdowne, Sterling and Reston. The location itself is easy to find and it's directly on the left next to the main entrance, which is convenient. Plenty of free open parking, the facility is clean, mobile check in was fairly simple and the wait time was minimal. The staff wasn't overly friendly, but the person who did my testing was professional and courteous. read more

I had an appointment at 10 am. Got there a few mins early, and there was only ONE person ahead of me in line signing papers and talking to the receptionist. I waited. It took a long time. When it was finally my turn it was 10:03 am and the receptionist said they wouldn't take me because they shut everything down at 10 am and "it's 10:03." She's the reason I didn't get to her until 10:03!!! She was incredibly rude about it. I do not recommend going here, but if you must, make sure you are very early. read more

The tech that draws my blood every time is as sweet as she could be. I have a needle problem and the woman ever misses. I have been using them for a long time and just found out that if two doctors order the same tests they run it twice, once for each doctor. My test should have only taken a week to come back because I needed one for the next step to see if I can have surgery. They are now telling me that all but one tests is done and they will not release any of the tests because they put all under one doctor. This test will not be done for at least another week. This puts me behind on my surgery. I have intracranial hypotension that is getting worse. If you do not know what it is look it up and you will understand why I am so mad. Thanks Labcorp for playing God. The one star I left was for the tech and the tech only. The rest get ZERO stars. read more

No stars. Ever time I come to get my daughter's labs done they cannot find the order from the doctor. It happens every time the. I have to call the doctors office to send it over again. My daughter need routine labs all the time. It not like we only go once a year and I just don't get why this is always an issue. read more

I brought my son in for bloodwork on the 10th. It is now the 18th and the are telling me that it won't be back until NEXT WEEK! This is absolutely ridiculous. If you need your lab results in a timely matter go somewhere else. I also forgot to mention that they don't start counting the days UNTIL they get the blood to the lab. Example: you go on Thursday for bloodwork. They don't get it to the lab until Friday. The weekend doesn't count on their turnaround time so you have now waisted 4 days! When they say 2-10 days they really mean 10-20 days. I'm so disappointed with their service that I created an account JUST to write this review. The one star is for the lab tech. She was good at her job. If the rest of the company was like there it would be an amazing business . read more

Horrible experience. LabCorp should staff one person for the front desk and one person to do the blood draws. The tech was acting rushed but I thought she would slow down when it came to the actual blood draw but no, she did not. She shoved the needle so far into my arm I actually gasped. It hurt bad. She didn't even acknowledge my pain. She shoved the needle so far into my arm it went though the vein and no blood would flow. She then pulled the needle out an inch (mind you the needle is only about one and a half inches so most of it was in my arm) and then it started to flow. I had my blood drawn on a Tuesday and as of Saturday it is *still* hurting and I am unable to use my arm normally. Apparently this tech treated me the way she and her family would like to be treated - horribly. I contacted LabCorp about this experience through two online submissions and there has been no response. I only go here because my doctor apparently loves their lab work. I don't care, never going to LabCorp again. Will start going to Sunrise Labs instead. read more

I have to thank your staff on Catoctin Circle, for being very professional. The Technician who took my blood was cheerful and very nice. I had brought my own urine sample and she kindly gave me a cup to put it in and told me where to leave it - no pressure!! I came in there very grump because I am in the 70 plus age group and I am terrified of catching Omicron. I asked the young lady at the counter when I came in if they were doing any Covid testing, which was a concern of mine. I didn't want to be in a room full of people with Covid! She told me the only testing was for antibodies from people who had previously had it. Once I was finished with the blood draw, which was painless, I realized I was not grumpy at all. Thank you ladies at Catoctin Labcorp for putting up with me, and probably others as well. You are doing a great job! I think that a lot of people give a review when they are unhappy and when I read the reviews I was nervous. My husband told me before I left for the Lab that, unfortunately, the only people who left reviews were the ones that were unhappy. Terrible customer service. My wife needed to take a 3-hr glucose test and we arrived with more than 3 hours left in their morning and they refused to let her take the test, offering no help or apologies. They also open at 7 and do not advertise the correct opening time on their website. Do yourself a favor and book at a Quest diagnostic. read more

I'm sitting here waiting to get my blood drawn. Had a 9am appt and its 9:30 and all the folks without appts are being seen before me.... What's the point of making an appt? I'm sitting in the waiting room (extremely pregnant) and sitting with people who look to be ill... How long do I need to wait? Had to change the rating up to a 3 bc the techs are amazing. I have to use Labcorp because that's who my insurance company contracts with. Usually I go to the Winchester location, but they don't have Saturday hours. So I went online and scheduled an appointment at the location on Catoctin Circle in Leesburg. I got there about 15 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment time and signed in. It was nearly 30 minutes after my appointment time before I was seen, for fasting bloodwork. It appears that whether or not you have an appointment makes no difference, they just call the next person on the list. So having an appointment is useless, you might as well just walk in and wait your turn. There were two people working that day, but both of them seemed to be moving in slow motion. Next time I'll make the effort to get to Winchester during the week. That location is so much better! read more

I can't even give this place one star. They are horrible. Lose standing orders. Happened to me as well as two others while I was here. Had no record of anything They Are more concerned gossiping than helping the customers standing in line. While we were waiting for the doctor to resend the order since they lost it (again) they spent 15 min blabbing while there were people waiting To check in. Making an appointment is worthless you will wait at least 30 min if not longer before seen. Don't waste your time and if you are in a rush forget it! read more

The nurse at this location could not have been more rude. She was actually mad that I had quite a few tests that needed to have blood drawn for (obviously I'm sick, right? but she didn't care). She was annoyed that she had to draw a lot of tubes. She was slamming things around and banging as hard as she could at the keys on the computer. I couldn't wait to leave and I'll never go back there. I would much rather go to Quest, but it's not accepted by my insurance. read more
