Tamara is my new favorite person! I had an 8:15 appointment since I was fasting and wanted to go early and was seen around 8:22. She apologized and let me know she was the only one working that day. She also let the walk ins know that they might have a wait since she was the only one in office, and let them know a few other locations close by. I asked if I could lay down since I'm very afraid of needles and she was happy to oblige. After seeing that I was really nervous and that my veins weren't showing a ton, she let me know she would use a small butterfly needle and that I would barely feel it. Usually I get super nauseous but I barely noticed the needle. In the past, other nurses have had to move the needle around a lot or poke twice which makes me really sick, but she was in immediately. It was also SO FAST! I've had my blood drawn probably 100 times in my life and this was the quickest and easiest. If every blood draw were like this I probably wouldn't have any needle phobia. Such an amazing woman and impeccable care. Next time I need to go in for blood work I will call ahead and make sure she is working. Truly exceptional! read more

I was the second person in the door upon opening at 730am and took 40 min to be seen. Come not expecting to leave quickly and you'll be fine. Updated: the only person on staff having to run the whole show was great. She did not complain and only apologized for the wait as she is the only person. She offered good customer service and was very nice. Just understand that there will be a wait and expect that. read more

If you state that this can be used as a walk in clinic then let me walk in. Instead I got scolded by the lady working there that I have to pick an appointment time. I pressed the button I would wait so I could get it done that day. She proceeded to get angry that her schedule is busy. I have had the most frustrating experience with this location and LabCorp in general. The reception does not know what they're doing. They had trouble finding my doctor in the system and then someone decided to enter his phone number and finally able to locate him. Then, they were getting confused on the blood test codes my doctor asked for... I was genuinely nervous about getting my blood drawn here and had a feeling they were going to make a mistake and sure enough ...they completely messed up my blood test and put in the wrong codes. I now have to go back again and get my blood drawn with the correct codes. I've already waited a week for my results and they are unsure if they can expedite these results. Meanwhile I'm waiting for foot surgery. I blame LabCorp for hiring people they don't train (and probably not paying well) in order to attract candidates with the business acumen to manage the front end efficiently and/or hiring executives and regionals that know how to train effectively. read more

Tamara is terrific. She is excellent in her skill. She is confident in her work. I have had mixed blood draw experiences with other technicians, (some say my vein is wobbly or small or or). Her calm reassuring confidence matched her skill. She use a smaller needle and with one adept poke, my blood was off to the races. I wish i could have her at every blood draw. I do note some negative Labcorp reviews, but please know this seems to be because labcorp does not adequately staff this location. It seems they do not have a front office person and make the phlebotomist do two jobs simultaneously: check people in, take insurance and visa to secure what insurance does not take, have you sign labcorp papers, etc. Yes, i had an appointment and was on time. How stressful for the patient and the lab technician to have to fulfill two roles. Is hard enough just doing one. On top of that you may have frustrated and grumpy patients/clients, given labcorp's lack of support to the clinic. This is on labcorp. The have a real gem with Tamara and they don't support her. That reflects poorly on labcorp. Anyone reading this, please know Tamara is truly talented. I can even get woozy and have to lay down if they don't get my draw on the first poke or two. I was so relieved Tamara made this often unpleasant experience - both excellent, easy and yes even pleasant. Thank you Tamara Labcorp, you are lucky to have her. Support her more. Very very unprofessional and uncommunicative with each other brand wise. I went to 3 different places to urinate in a cup because they all have online that they take walk ins, I go to one location, they don't take walk ins in Everett, so I go to Bellevue, they don't do pre screening for employment, I go to the third. I'm finally able to urinate in a cup. Will be sending a bill for the mileage that was used. read more

Just so everyone is aware, and doesn't waste their time driving there. After making an appointment for today at 2:30, multiple confirmation emails. I drove all the way to Kirkland only to walk up to a sign on the door "closed temporarily". I understand staffing is probably an issue but please, just let people know. Considering this drug screening is for an employer and is time sensitive, don't just allow people to make appointments and keep confirming them if you don't even have the staff to open. read more

Made an appointment for today, June 1. Arrived. Checked in via the link provided and waited for half hour. Finally went to the door to see what was up and blinds were shut and door locked. Unsure as to whether the office was simply locked for Covid precautions, I waited for another half hour before finally giving up. I wasted a total of 1.5 hours including wait and drive times and the office was clearly closed. I did have a missed call from Labcorp two hours earlier, but no message was left. Apparently they decided mid-day to close their office and did not notify their patients. This is not the first time this location has been awful. Take your blood somewhere else. read more

Fairly easy place to find, receptionist was pleasant, but the one with the short blonde ashy hair who did my drug test, well.... her comments are annoying and she speaks to you as if you're dumb, but who am I kidding, if I were her I'd be upset all the time too. ‍ (Lady if you're reading this, sometimes it's better to SIMPLY explain to people what they need to do instead of explaining it in a way that entertains YOU.) Here's an example: 1. Put your belongings in the white box, including your jacket and lock it, then hand me the keys. 2. Check the seal on the urine cup and make sure it has not been tampered with and please hand it back to me. 3. So on.... See how simple that sounds when you don't make unnecessary comments. Great blood draw! I'm normally pretty hard to draw from and people often have to stick me a few times to get a good draw. When I mentioned that, the nurse/tech pulled out all the stops (used a butterfly needle, used a heating pad to get my veins to come out closer to skin, etc.) and got it in the first try. No hematoma or bruising, either. The downside is that they're a bit slow on the paperwork. There was no one there when I showed up and I had a 10 minute wait before getting the blood draw. All of that was just waiting for them to do paperwork and other administrative junk. When it's busy, the wait can easily be an hour or more. read more

Extremely inefficiently run lab!!!! Came in to get a drug screen, when I get there there's a sign posted no drug screens between 12-1:30, WISH THAT INFORMATION WAS ACCESIBLE SOMEWHERE BEFORE DRIVING 25miles TO THE LAB. Got there a few mins before noon and the attendant says sorry the tech is about to go on break you'll have to wait till 1:30. Yeah not sticking around an hour and a half to pee in a cup. Especially since it wasn't even noon yet. Also from my own experience working AS A LAB TECH I know these tests are quick and the person attending the desk is also a tech who could have just run the test herself. read more

I was here for a drug test and although the location isn't exactly close to my house, it was easy to find once I braved the rush hour traffic on 405. My bad, I arrived 30 minutes after my scheduled apt time and although I used their kiosk to check in (which was pretty easy, actually, just put your driver's license in the plate and it scans it), I was "told" that I had missed my appointment and was already rescheduled for the next available. I assumed that I would be waiting there for hours, but they took me right away. The woman who administered the test was very, very nice and I was out of there within a half hour of coming in. She mentioned that there was another clinic in Everett which woudl have been closer to me but I wasn't given that option. I will remember that for next time. read more

Tried to make aptmt via website several times, wasn't working. Showed up and was only patient in there so had hoped I would be in and out quickly. An hour later the 2 working there were still trying to figure out tests, paperwork, etc.... My insurance was billed $1,630 and Aetna only coverred $100.50 for what I was under the impression was standard tests. What a shock. read more

I have had a couple of blood work tests done by Labcorp. I have found Labcorp to be seriously disorganized. They lost my address and insurance info. Once I was able to login and look at all my tests done at various times over the years I found many doctors I never heard of. Tests I never had done including drug tests. Tests performed in cities across the nation I've never been too. Now I'm worried that the test results may be wrong also. I'm going to work with my doctor to see if future tests can be done elsewhere. read more

So I'm not sure what the point of being able to make appointments is for. I checked in a few minutes before my scheduled appointment time. And according to the check in list, no one else was scheduled for a specific time. It was just first come/first serve. It was about 20 min after my scheduled time before I got in for a blood draw. There was only one person working there - both checking in and then taking people back for blood draws or whatever. That is a shame. The website says that before 10 is their busiest time, so seems to me having a second person would speed things up considerably. I got an appointment scheduled for 12 PM today and when I checked their hours, I noticed that they closed for lunch at 12 PM. So I decided to go in 30 minutes early and the lady at the front was just rude. She wasn't understanding that I had an appointment scheduled and it wasn't my fault that it was scheduled at 12 PM. And rather than trying to help me schedule an appointment again. She referred me elsewhere and just told me to show up? So it's really frustrating when it says appointment required but I get told to just walk in elsewhere. I am really upset with this place and the lady at the front was just rude and not understanding. Awful service! I called to find out if my insurance will cover the bloodwork I have to do (regular yearly check-up) and the guy told me that I needed to call my insurance company. He couldn't tell me if LabCorp was taking my insurance (Uniform). I should also specify that I had to call twice. Before reaching the guy, a lady answered and right away hang up 2 seconds after saying "hello". I was put on hold and when she answered I didn't even have time to remove the speaker that she had already hung up. Terrible service on both customer service representatives. read more

The lady who was at the desk was lazy and horrible after I chose that location as it was closest and most convenient for me she told me that I didn't have an appointment there even though the email that I received told me to go specifically there. Worst institution I have ever been. I did glucose tests twice with them and they could get my orders every time. Wasted my time for a few hours so I had to be fasting for 17 hours when I was pregnant. This time, they said that they didn't have my appointment information but I had made an appointment through their automatic phone system and got a text confirmation. read more

This particular location is best to avoid, i came to do some lab testing and a woman working at the counter that has one side of her head shaved (which by the i have no issue with) was very rude and announced what i was testing for the whole world to hear which was very unprofessional and said that they can't do it , when I told her that I've done this before at other labcorp locations then she back tracked which made no sense, Indian woman that actually did the bloodwork was very nice and was also obviously uncomfortable with how the other woman was handling read more

Rob did a blood draw on me today. I have difficult veins, but he hit the vein, first try. He wasn't able to get all the blood he needed, so he had to go to my other arm. But again, he hit it first try. He worked to ensure the least number of pokes and was friendly. read more

I, like another person, showed up with a full bladder and was told the lady who does the tests was on lunch, even though I called at 11:15 to verify when her lunch would be. This was a nightmare experience! I showed up with my bladder full and ready for the urine test. Bad idea! I had to wait an HOUR. There were 3 people in front of me and only one person working. Finally, another worker showed up and moved at a snail's pace. She finally called my name and it took almost 10 minutes for her to look at my license and then get me a cup to tinkle in for my test. The first cup had a bad seal and she tried to make me use it. I refused and would not go until she gave me a new one (mind you, I was tearing up because my bladder hurt so bad). I finally went in for my test and she had the nerve to knock and tell me to hurry up that I was taking too long (sorry lady, I have about a gallon of water stored up in there). I finished and came out with pee dripping off my hand and she told me to stand there while she did paper work. She then told me to initial my specimen that would be sent off. I asked if I could wash my hand beforehand and she told me NO! I asked if I could wrap a napkin around the pen and she told me NO! She said if I didn't sign it she would say I refused the test which translate to a fail. So, I took the pen that is probably covered in thousands of people's pee and initialed. I then asked if I could wash my hands and she told me no. Finally she told me I could wash my hands and then got onto me for using too much soap! Last time I checked, me washing my hands before initialing anything is not going to change the outcome of the test. It also doesn't seem sanitary. Do not go here unless you have no other choice and don't mind being treated like dog poo on the bottom of your shoe! And if Kathy Anderson calls your name - I would wait for someone else to call you back. If she is the only person working - bless you then! read more

I had lab work done here. I was able to get in right away, which I was happy about. But, what disturbed me is the person who met me at the front desk and checked me in on the computer was the same person who did the blood draw. This would not have been bad, but she did not wash her hands or use waterless hand cleaner after touching the computer, desk, phone, copier, etc. She did put gloves on after she held them wadded up in her unwashed hands hands. The room where the blood draw was taken, was not very clean. The table that she used was visible dirty and had brown chunks of something on it that looked like old food or something, was visibly dirty beyond this, and had not been cleaned. The chair I was told to sit on had dirty spots on the vinyl that looked like it had not been cleaned in a long-time. The gauze and medical tape were sitting on the dirty table, then put on my arm, after the blood draw. I would probably not ever go back here for lab work. read more
