Then I checked the other urgent care locations and saw they were at least the same price. They do tend to prescribe medication more often here than other places, but when I've expressed concern with a specific Rx I had issues with, they were quick to find an alternative. The biggest reason I love this place is the time it takes. I'm usually out the door in less than 15 minutes (with an appointment). That includes greeting reception, getting vitals from an assistant, answering questions about why I'm there, talking to the doc, and leaving with my visit summary. I don't come here when I'm feeling well - I want to be back home, wrapped in a blanket, hopefully with some antibiotics or medication to make my plague less miserable. More than any other place I've been, this checks that box. If you're looking for a conversation about how your family is doing, make an appointment with your PCP. If you're sick and need something addressed quickly, visit One Urgent Care.

I'm not sure about the other reviews, but I have definitely considered the difference between my experience with Quest as a corporation versus the location that is in the Safeway. I would give the Safeway location five stars. But I would give the corporation two stars. Thus, the 4-star review--mainly because of the staff I interacted with. The problem with Quest as a corporation is that it's very hard to get into a location as a walk-in patient because they're severely understaffed AND it is extremely difficult to speak with a live person over the phone. I hope anyone reading this will grant a little grace to the people who work here because of that. In addition, there is no way to get through to a local location to ask a question or tell them that you are running late for an appointment. Halfway there I realized I left my paperwork at home. I knew this would affect my appointment but I couldn't talk to anybody at the actual location to let them know. I called the 800 number and was on hold for quite a while until I reached someone that I could speak with. But that person wasn't local. So I had to fumble through figuring out if I could still make it to the location for a later appointment. They told me that the scheduling system hadn't been working and that they didn't know if all locations accepted walk-ins, however the location I was originally scheduled at did accept them and currently there was a 5-minute wait time. I decided to take my chances and drive to my original appointment location. The office is at the back of a Safeway next to the pharmacy. Upon entering, you need to check-in at an automated kiosk. There were already several people in the waiting room and the waiting room is small. They have some chairs turned up so you don't sit right next to someone, but it's impossible to socially distance because of the size of the waiting room. You have the option to wait for your appointment outside and receive a text when they're ready for you. But I didn't want to risk missing my appointment so I stayed in the office. Since I was late, the system said I had to check-in as a walk-in, which was fine by me. Later, when I was talking to the phlebotomist, I found out that I was lucky to make it in when I did because walk-in appointments may or may not be seen due to volume. For instance, a lady who walked in that morning had to wait one hour. And then her doctors office had not sent in the paperwork so they had to contact her doctor's office, prolonging her appointment even further. (Pro tip: make sure you have paperwork in hand or your doctor's office has sent the order in). Luckily for me, they had a no-show so I was able to take that slot and bypass the walk-in wait. The phlebotomist was cheerful, talkative, and informative--something that so often seems to be missing from healthcare because of overwork, underpayment, and employees being stretched thin. I really appreciated her demeanor and attitude. All in all, it was a good visit. Next time I will remember my paperwork and come early!

They will not provide summary…read morestatements of services, only statements for each visit, so be very careful if you make the mistake of having lab workups done on different days for different doctors. They will send you to Collections for a small statement, even if you have paid several large ones in the meantime. As with many aspects of Evergreen, the Phlebotomists and Physicians are exceptional, but the administration and support is the worst I have ever experienced.

Tamara is my new favorite person!…read more I had an 8:15 appointment since I was fasting and wanted to go early and was seen around 8:22. She apologized and let me know she was the only one working that day. She also let the walk ins know that they might have a wait since she was the only one in office, and let them know a few other locations close by. I asked if I could lay down since I'm very afraid of needles and she was happy to oblige. After seeing that I was really nervous and that my veins weren't showing a ton, she let me know she would use a small butterfly needle and that I would barely feel it. Usually I get super nauseous but I barely noticed the needle. In the past, other nurses have had to move the needle around a lot or poke twice which makes me really sick, but she was in immediately. It was also SO FAST! I've had my blood drawn probably 100 times in my life and this was the quickest and easiest. If every blood draw were like this I probably wouldn't have any needle phobia. Such an amazing woman and impeccable care. Next time I need to go in for blood work I will call ahead and make sure she is working. Truly exceptional!

My partner and I each paid $250 for a blood draw performed by the owner of this lab, and the…read moreexperience was extremely unprofessional. After we went home, both of us developed severe bruising and noticeable bumps. I'm almost 30, get annual physicals, and have had many blood tests before -- I have never experienced bruising this bad. When I went back two days later to discuss the issue and request a refund so we could redo the tests elsewhere, the owner's attitude was shockingly rude. He insisted everything was "normal," blamed it on dehydration, and claimed he has "seen plenty of people like us who barely understand anything and just want a refund." He also argued that because we didn't complain during the blood draw, the outcome was somehow our fault. We were simply being polite -- mild discomfort during a blood draw is normal. Severe bruising afterward is what made us return. Instead of taking any responsibility, he denied everything and repeatedly demanded that we leave "his facility." The level of disrespect and unprofessionalism was unacceptable, especially from someone providing healthcare services. I strongly recommend avoiding this place.

Me and my wife ended up with very large purple red bruises on injection point. We came back today trying to get some explanation and seeking for refund (we can give up the blood test result and go for other facilities). Danial had only one response: "this is normal, this is common". And he turned around to another employee and said "I'm sorry for you to go through this" (meaning it's inappropriate that we came back for this). Danial also said "I've seen so many kids like you, get a bruise and want money back". He even said "I'm the owner of this facility, I could just ask you to leave. Do you want to leave now? Please leave now." We consider ourselves civilised and reasoning person, and in our whole life, we've done many blood tests, not one time did we get this large of bruises, and not to mentioned both of us get the bruises at the same time.

Low and behold, I get a call from his Pediatrician today saying the test was inconclusive due to "inadequate amount of blood" drawn. Are you kidding me ?! There was so much blood! What is with these people? This test is extremely important to have done at 7-10 days after the first test to test for a preventable disorder that causes retardation. So yes, I'm very upset.

She squeezed the foot too hard and wasn't capturing the blood fast enough, was clearly frustrated and hurried, at this point she was unable to capture most of the blood and spilled plenty all over the floor, my leg, bc i was holding my baby, and the sani pad. If she were competent with her job all the blood lost would have certainly provided enough sample to test. Next, she insisted that i stand up to hold my baby facing me, which she said was a proven method to draw the blood more efficiently. So as I'm standing there holding the baby and watching her not capture most of the blood dripping on the floor she tells me the blood has coagulated and that I might have to come back, but ASSURED me they would let me know if that were the case by the next business day. Of course she lied, PAC LAB never got back to me so when I follow up with the baby's child care provider the report they received was that the parent refused to have the needle draw and the recommendation was to return. I think witnessing the blood bath that ensued as a result of the PAC LAB techs inability to perform a simple blood draw is enough to prevent me from ever going back there much more so than their failure to follow up and mislead the Dr. So PLEASE if you have to take your child to these jokers ask more questions than I did.

I'm in some of the worst pain I've ever experienced in my life but she had me laughing on the phone and well on my way to scheduling an urgent MRI. I've been on a lot of medical calls in the last month, advocating so hard to move forward in treatment and testing. Most offices have made me feel like I'm swimming upstream. Liz went over and above to help me schedule, to provide information about the procedure, and to assure me that she'll do all she can to help. I'm shocked in the best possible way today - and I just want to say thank you. She really takes the cake! I have had nothing but INCREDIBLE experiences here. I've been in for two separate spinal MRIs and the front desk staff, the radiology techs, and the reports after have been thorough, professional, and incredible. I really love their open MRI and it was a great option for me. The radiology tech jammed with me to some classic rock and checked in frequently about positioning, how much time I had left, and made sure I was comfortable.
