I checked in on their self-serve terminal and was served promptly when my time came up. There was a few people ahead of me waiting. She was friendly even though she had a whole day of patients so please give her a break. My tests were done in less than 10 mins and I was out the door.

Also, I use a preferred name instead of my legal name and they have never once used my preferred name, even though it shows up on all my records and shows when I check in. If this place wasn't 2 minutes from my house I would never come back, but unfortunately I have to suffer through. the nurses themselves are all very nice though and the place has a lot shorter waits than other labs i've been to. I just wish the people at the front desk were better at their jobs and cared more about respecting patients.
