This was never mentioned on the phone and felt very misleading. 3 girls at the front desk and not another patient in sight. When I had questions about the paperwork, all three chimed in with attitude and clear annoyance. Doctor was extremely unprofessional and rude.. was only in the room for about 2 minutes. She checked my lungs, signed the paper and left. I have never felt more uncomfortable in a medical setting. The way I was spoken to by both the staff and the doctor was unacceptable.

Also, I use a preferred name instead of my legal name and they have never once used my preferred name, even though it shows up on all my records and shows when I check in. If this place wasn't 2 minutes from my house I would never come back, but unfortunately I have to suffer through. the nurses themselves are all very nice though and the place has a lot shorter waits than other labs i've been to. I just wish the people at the front desk were better at their jobs and cared more about respecting patients.
