Went in for a drug test. They didn't walk in the bathroom with me. The facility itself wasn't to bad. Rooms were a bit messy

The Bound Brook NJ location left me waiting 1.5 hours. Only had one tech working. Terribly understaffed.

Place is fine, seemed efficient. I'm having trouble with the medications prescribed to me by the…read morenurse practitioner. (Note - physician is there only on Wednesdays, other days you get a NP or PA). I went with a cold, runny nose, and cough, which had lasted 4 days, and had a fever of 101.5 (per their thermometer, I did not feel feverish in the least, nor did I look it). Anyway, prescription was for CEFDINIR 300 mg (antibiotic) for 7 days, Benzonatate 100 mg (for cough. I asked why not Robitussin or DayQuil/NyQuil but she couldn't provide a reason), Desloratadine 5mg (for seasonal allergies, which I have never had in my life and which I wasn't even asked about), and Fluticasone Propionate (Nasal spray, which is a corticosteroid). My copay to the prescriptions - almost $60. (The last 2 were $25 each) I talked to the pharmacist and decided to not pick those 2 up. I'm no doctor but I didn't want to take medication for something I don't even have (seasonal allergies) nor a steroid. Seemed massive overkill to me. But here is the kicker - please Google CEFDINIR. The reviews are abysmal, overall rating 2.0, some much lower, and user after user describe their horror stories of awful side effects that persisted for months. Luckily, I read them before taking the first dose. I'm going to stay miles away and will see my primary on Monday - only went here coz it was the weekend. So Nurse Practitioner Maria, you're a very nice person but please explain why you prescribed CEFDINIR with its horrendous reviews (are you not aware of its side-effects and rating?) when perfectly good antibiotics that have been used for 50, 60 years are available? And why did you prescribe an antihistamine and a super expensive nasal spray when perfectly good ones are available off the shelf? And oh - the nurse who took my vitals, very nice young woman, could neither read nor pronounce the names of the regular medications I am on on a daily basis - she struggled and I said the names for her. I wish I had stayed at home and continued with Tylenol and DayQuil instead of wasting $45 on the clinic co-pay. Needless to say, I wouldn't be going there again.

Over time, service has gotten slower and slower, especially post-Covid. Anyways, I made an appointment at 8am yesterday, for 1:58pm to take my 2yo in for extreme congestion, and a suspected ear infection. Website said to arrive 10-15min early, yet as I pulled out my driveway at 1:45pm (4 min drive), I got a text saying they were 16 min behind (new appointment time: 2:13) Annoying, but no big deal. I get there and ask to wait in the car since my kid is little and I don't want him exposed to more than he needs to be. Front desk lady says ok and we'll message you when time. I go back to the car and wait until 230pm. At this point, we are 32 min past my original appointment time. As an adult, I'd be annoyed, but I'd deal, however, my 2yo son has skipped nap to be seen and is crying, so I go back inside. Nurse happens to be up front and is NOT happy I'm asking and makes that VERY clear. She even made a point to tell me "This is an Urgent Care" as if I had no idea. (It's important to note, this was midday and the place was practically empty). Anyways, we're finally seen around 240pm and Dr. Scherb was great. My son was very comfortable with her and loved her. Whatever she prescribed worked great, and now, only 24hrs later, he's on the mend. Just wish the support staff were a little more friendly and understanding. I don't want preferential treatment, but I'd think a screaming 2yo, half hour past his appointment time, isn't a reason to give an attitude. Just saying.

He seemed to know his job really well and was extremely informative when taking notice of something good, bad, or "just as is for what it is." He invited me to follow him the whole length of the way. I was expecting a lot of silence, or a "don't distract me" attitude but he kept on chatting away telling me what he was looking for, what he found, or what was still inconclusive. We were pretty sure the house never had oil heat, and we were planning to pass on the tank sweep. But he suggested we get one anyway just based on the furnace switch plate having the words "Oil Burner" on it. He said, "The person who installed the furnace may just have used the wrong switch plate, but at the same time they may have recycled the switch plate when converting to gas." He kept on suggesting to do a tank sweep based on that alone. He seemed so trustworthy with everything else that, I felt compelled to listen to him on that. Low and behold, towards the end of the basement inspection, he came across two more clues that the house had oil-based heat at one time. Though still inconclusive if it the tank is still buried I was impressed how he found that evidence. Tank sweep scheduled for this week. Pillar to Post held true to its name today!

A few months back I brought my 2011 BMW 335i (E92) into Euro Performance for some routine…read moremaintenance and a few upgrades. While the service was solid overall, there were a few areas that didn't quite hit the mark, preventing this from being a five-star experience. First Impressions & Facility Euro Performance's facility is modern, clean, and well-equipped, with plenty of space for both high-end diagnostics and performance work. The staff is friendly, and check-in was smooth. I appreciated how the shop felt organized and professional, with a focus on working on European vehicles. However, I did feel the communication could have been a bit more transparent throughout the process. I prefer to be kept more informed on the status of the car during service, especially when it's in for specialized work. Services Requested & Execution I had the following services performed on my 335i: High-pressure fuel pump (HPFP) diagnostic check - To ensure everything was running smoothly. Suspension refresh and alignment - Needed attention after 80,000 miles. Oil change and full fluid inspection - A standard part of regular maintenance. The HPFP diagnostic check was handled appropriately. They performed the standard tests, but I would have liked a bit more clarity on the results and potential future concerns with the fuel system. It felt like the check was thorough but not as detailed as I would have expected given the importance of the HPFP on the N55 engine. For the suspension refresh and alignment, they did a good job improving the car's handling. The steering felt more precise, and the ride quality was noticeably better. That said, I was hoping for a little more focus on performance-driven adjustments. While the alignment was fine for daily driving, I felt there was some potential for a more sport-oriented setup. The oil change and fluid inspection went smoothly with no issues. They were quick and efficient, and I appreciated that they checked all of the fluids and ensured everything was topped off. I did wish for a more in-depth inspection of the overall car, particularly the undercarriage, but it wasn't anything that raised a major concern. The Road Test: Subtle Improvements Once I got the car back, I took it for a road test to feel out the changes. The throttle response was slightly sharper, and the engine ran smoothly. The suspension felt more planted and comfortable, but it wasn't the dramatic improvement I had hoped for. Overall, the car felt good, but not transformed. It was a slight improvement rather than a significant one. Final Verdict: A Good Shop for Routine Work Euro Performance provides solid service for BMW owners looking for routine maintenance or basic performance work. They get the job done without any major issues, but I would have liked to see more focus on performance-driven adjustments, especially for a car like the 335i. Their communication could use some improvement, but overall, they are reliable and competent. Four stars. A dependable shop for regular service with room to enhance their performance focus.
