When asked to sanitize the arm of the chair, she said we don't do that. The other technician said "there are germs everywhere so what are you worried about?" This is not acceptable for a medical lab.

Also, I use a preferred name instead of my legal name and they have never once used my preferred name, even though it shows up on all my records and shows when I check in. If this place wasn't 2 minutes from my house I would never come back, but unfortunately I have to suffer through. the nurses themselves are all very nice though and the place has a lot shorter waits than other labs i've been to. I just wish the people at the front desk were better at their jobs and cared more about respecting patients.
