This place clearly has a lot of negative reviews, so I've felt the need to give my personal experience. My wife, who has EXTREME anxiety when it comes to needles/blood work, needed to have her blood drawn at this location. We were promptly checked in as a walk-in and although the lobby was full, we got called back quickly. I was concerned that we get the best Phlebotomist, as my wife's veins are extremely small/hard to find (people often miss), however, Diane definitely met my high expectations. Diane was a calming/great bedside manner and was definitely skilled with her draw. She was able to get the vein on the first attempt (critical) and was quick to collect the samples. After the blood draw, my wife did pass out (through no fault of Diane/Labcorp), however, Diane was quick to offer water/ice packs as my wife woke up/recovered. I cannot say enough about Diane, if we need future bloodwork we will definitely visit this location and request Diane!!! read more

Our appointment was useless ! It was at 0900 hrs, we arrived ahead of time.... was not seen until 0932 hrs. The woman at the front desk was RUDE to say the least. Upon returning home, phoned to speak with supervisor TWICE, and TWICE I left a message and requested a return call. This did NOT happen. I phoned the main office and what did they do, referred the call to the supervisor that would return either one of my calls. I am really surprised that this place has such bad ratings. I have been to some of the other lab locations and I prefer this one. Today I went to the one in Avondale and the line was out the door. So I got online and looked up appointments available for the other location, it took less than five minutes to make an appointment for later in the afternoon. When I got to my appointment it took about 10 minutes from the time I walked in the door until the time I walked out. If you have kids or a baby like me it is a little bit of a walk to the actual office but that's not really a big deal. read more

WOW, we've tried two locations and both are awful!! Not only are they unbelievably rude, but they are incredibly slow and disorganized. I have nothing nice to say about this location nor the one on Litchfield. I will NEVER use Lab Core again. Please notice that most of my reviews are 4 or better. read more

2 hour wait and a lunch so I was looking at waiting 3 hours to have blood work done. Staff was nice but definitely over worked. Labcorp needs to hire more staff at their facilities. read more

This is the best location I've ever been to for lab work. I was taken in within 2 minutes of arriving and was out within 10 minutes. Everyone was nice & professional. I went in somewhat early, so I may have missed the rush. Overall I very much appreciated the positive experience. read more

Do not recommend this place! After reading reviews I decided to try it out anyways, front desk staff was rude for the short time I was there, I had to go elsewhere due to insurance and i am honestly so glad I had to! Will never be back. Sonora Quest across the parking lot was amazing! read more

So dissatisfied with this place. Its the only location close to Buckeye which is why we have to continue to be subjected to the rude, underpaid, and unprofessional women who work here. Its absolutely busy all the time regardless if you schedule an appointment or not. The women take forever to verify information, to call anyone back. The front office is never the same individuals its always changing. They don't even have supplies needed to draw my daughters labs. They bruise her due to not using the correct needles. I'm so disgusted with this place. Its time for someone to do something about it! read more

Blood usually drawn from hand. On my recent visit to LabCorp, I informed the technician of this and was told that they were out of butterflies. What a lab drawing blood out of butterflies? She proceeded to draw from a place in my arm (not at the elbow bend). Did not get the required blood sample so ended up sticking me again. In the hand this time with no butterfly. Zero stars for this place! The front desk receptionist was extremely rude. We walked in at 11:30, go to the front desk and the woman sitting there doesn't think she needs to greet me or even acknowledge me standing in front of her. She finally looked at me as if I was lost. She told me that they were not accepting anyone else until 1pm however their office hours are listed as closed from 12pm to 1pm. I proceed to tell her that it's 11:30. Customer service here sucks ass!!!!!! The people in the front are completely rude. Sitting here before I was called up and seeing how they spoke to others was completely disgusting. One man said thank you more the once and neither of the ladies said your welcome! I then walk up and they are trying to tell me I have to do something when I know I don't. I've been to labcorp more then once and I know I can take a cup home to pee in if I do not need to go. So then I'm told I have to decline it since I do not need the restroom being that I just left my doctors office and went for them! If I could give zero stars I would! read more

Rude! The receptionist at this facility was the rudest person I have ever had the displeasure of talking to. I sign in and take my seat she calls me up because apparently my handwriting was to bad for her to read. I apologize and then she proceeds to tell me that "this is what's wrong with the school systems these days letting people slide by and not grading them on how their work looks" I couldn't even believe how rude she was. Horrible front desk person - not knowledgeable about insurance and so rude to my Mother, she was shaking! Waiting room crowded so crowded and not enough seats to sit! Took our business to Sonora Quest, in the next building and had a great experience. Don't waste your time - just go directly to Sonora Quest. read more

NOT THIS ONE! I do not recommend the location at 13555 W McDowell Rd, Suite 208. I made an appt online and checked in online when I arrived. I even went back to look at my appt and it said "you're checked in." This location does not have the ability to receive online check in information. There is no sign anywhere in the office telling you that even though you checked in on line, you still need to sign in at the desk. The lady calling patient names didn't always project her voice from her work area. James and Jane both got up when they heard their name called. Jane walked all the way across the room and asked the lady if she called Jane, only to be told she had called James, not Jane; it sounded like Jane to me. There were no wipes to use before leaving a urine sample and patients are required to carry their sample cup and set in on a sink next to everybody else's cups. The lady who drew my blood NEVER looked at my face! There was no hello, good morning, etc. This was the first time giving blood has ever been painful and five days later, my arm is still bruised. Find another LabCorp, this one is the worst!! This was not my first time at this location, but it was my last. read more
