There were at least 10 people still in the waiting room when I was leaving, many with 8:55 and 9:00 am appts (we were all appalled at the lack of communication here, as no one updated the patients on anything). We all had appointments- 4 walk -ins left when they saw the crowded room. I will go to ANY Labcorp in the future except for this one. Disgracefully run, especially for a healthcare facility.

The latest was my breaking point. I had scheduled a physical months ago (because it takes months to get an appointment). I just got a message that the doctor was not available and I had to reschedule. No number was left. I called back the number the message was left on. Evidently that leads to no where and eventually hung up on me. I finally find another number and after another maze of phone hell I guess I was connected to a Jefferson central scheduling person (evidently you can't just call someone in their office). This person then proceeds to start from ground zero asking me all the same questions that I was asked 3 months ago when scheduling. Then after about 15 minutes total trying to navigate what should have been 3 minutes of time to reschedule they offer me an appointment another 3 months out!!! God forbid you are actually sick and need to see a doctor - good luck. It's a shame because I do like my doctor but he is behind such a wall of nonsense you can't get to him. I'm done. Jefferson has ruined doctor care in my area.

The other people who arrived before me tried to make light of it, joking that it was on the fritz. The woman at the check-in desk, who clearly saw everyone was struggling, made zero attempt to assist or help anyone with a manual check-in. This was late morning, and there were 4 of us in the office, so she absolutely could have helped. She finally decided to get out of her chair and restart it with some paperclip type device and told us to "try again". 5min later, it still didn't work. She then begrudgingly slapped a binder on the half wall near the defunct kiosk and said "just sign in!" She clearly despises her job and should seek employment where she's not dealing with the public. Unprofessional. Disrespectful. A huge waste of time. I did arrive late and Ms. Brittany said no worries that I would be next. I was so happy because I didn't want to reschedule. When I arrived the office was warm and Ms. Brittany was very friendly. We had a couple of side bar conversations about the state of the world we live in. It was nice to just talk to someone. The process for the procedure was seamless. My paperwork was partial complete so it took me no time to finish. After waiting I was quickly seen by the technician. She was very personable and sweet. She explained the procedures and what I needed to do to get great images. During the process I fell asleep. She told me one of the images had to be done because I moved. I knew I had moved when I woke myself up. She redid it and within 5 minutes I was done. She then explained that a copy would be sent to MRCP and I asked for a copy. She did the copy of images literally in 3 minutes. By the time I came back from the restroom she was done. This was a easy experience and if I ever need an MRI I am most definitely coming here and you should too.

I even tried booking an appointment a week in advance and couldn't get a morning slot, so walking in was my only option. Now I've lost an entire month trying to get essential lab work done. To make matters worse, the waiting room was uncomfortable in every way -- overcrowded, stuffy, poor ventilation, and frankly tough to sit through for hours. Expecting people to wait 3-4 hours in those conditions is unreasonable. LabCorp needs more staff, better scheduling, and a serious upgrade in patient flow (and maybe some airflow too). Trying to make an appointment, this particular Quest Diagnostic had a appointment the next day. I really can't complain about anything. Everything went smoothly! One thing I look for is , do they have safety precautions in place. I must say they did! I had to sign in at the Kiosk. They had hand sanitizer and paper towel right there. Everybody wore masks. They asked me to have a seat and they will call me. All the seating was far apart from each other. Also, they called me into the room at my scheduled time. The technician took my information and did my test quickly and efficiently. This was my first time at this location. Don't know if I was just lucky or they're just that efficient. Would highly recommend!
