I called liberty, got a different link, which was of my wrist. I was told it was NOT fractured. I was told to rest the wrist for two weeks. So, long wait, wrong xray, incorrect diagnosis. I registered and went to my car. I saw an older couple arrive and the man had trouble getting out of the car. I told his wife that it was packed inside; they didn't have an appt. because she said blood work was needed at the last minute. I told her she could use my appt. We entered LabCorps; she registered. We waited for a few minutes for someone to come to the window to help us. I told the healthcare worker that I was giving my appt. to this man. She said that's not the way we do things. She would not talk to me and just kept repeating that. I was very disappointed that this woman could not see that sometimes you can do things differently. I left because I thought at least he would be one person closer to getting blood taken. We need to be kind! We need to think of others!

This is not the only location I've been to where the representatives behave in rude, loud manners. LabCorp Management needs to address these issues with their customer service as a priority.

The latest was my breaking point. I had scheduled a physical months ago (because it takes months to get an appointment). I just got a message that the doctor was not available and I had to reschedule. No number was left. I called back the number the message was left on. Evidently that leads to no where and eventually hung up on me. I finally find another number and after another maze of phone hell I guess I was connected to a Jefferson central scheduling person (evidently you can't just call someone in their office). This person then proceeds to start from ground zero asking me all the same questions that I was asked 3 months ago when scheduling. Then after about 15 minutes total trying to navigate what should have been 3 minutes of time to reschedule they offer me an appointment another 3 months out!!! God forbid you are actually sick and need to see a doctor - good luck. It's a shame because I do like my doctor but he is behind such a wall of nonsense you can't get to him. I'm done.
