I never make an appointment, so do I have to wait? Of course, unless I'm the first or second person in the door in the morning and no one shows up with an appointment, but they move very quickly, so even if there are 3 - 4 people ahead of me when I get in a little after 7 am, I am always to work before 8 am, and it's a 20 minute drive from the office. If someone has to wait, it's because they chose a very busy time to come in. If that happens to me, I simply wait until another day or time to come back. It's not the staff's fault that a lot of patients come in at one time. The staff is wonderful. If someone had an issue with a mask, perhaps they should have brought one. Everyone knows that you must wear a mask in any type of medical facility at this time. With Covid running rampant in this area now (and plenty of people still getting Covid who are not only vaccinated, but also boostered), it makes sense to wear a mask into any public location, not just medical facilities. You can't blame the staff for requiring a patient to comply with the rules. With regard to the false Covid information, I think any intelligent person who reads that review would ask what was being said. I know a lot of people who do not have the details correct, so without knowing what was said, you can't gauge who was in the right. I find it hard to believe that anyone was yelling and saying they were too emotional to draw blood, but since we're only hearing one side of the story, I have to go with my experience that they have always been very laid back and professional.

This lady has such a great personality and I don't know how she runs the whole operation with such calmness and proficiency. Quest, Pam is great asset to your company! Instead of de-escalating the situation or maintaining professionalism, I was berated. Refusing patient care because of a personal interaction is concerning. I also attempted to report the incident and was placed on hold for an extended period before being disconnected, which made the situation even more frustrating. overall, this was a very disappointing experience and not the level of professionalism patients and caregivers should expect.
