I had lots of bloodwork done on 4/30/26. I usually have anxiety getting my blood drawn due to a bad experience at another lab. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with the phlebotomist, Pam. Pam was compassionate, efficient, professional and gentle. I didn't even feel her drawing so many tubes of blood. This lady has such a great personality and I don't know how she runs the whole operation with such calmness and proficiency. Quest, Pam is great asset to your company! My experience was best I ever had at a lab, all thanks to Pam. I highly recommend this lab as long as Pam is there! read more

The Phlebotomist was very caring and professional. She made you feel very comfortable. Also answered all of my questions. She was great!!

They need to hire more people. They are getting so much business but only one person working and no one at the front desk so only later on I found out that walk ins get pushed back every time someone with an appointment arrives. Had to wait 2 hours for a urine test when at one point I was the only one in the lobby. The fault is not on the single employee working there she seemed very nice but from how much foot traffic this place gets they are just too greedy to hire more people. I was impressed by the warmth and welcoming waiting room. Registering was easy and digital.Lab was clean and above all Pam was very good. She did a great job drawing blood and inputting the various test info into the computer. She was prompt and pleasant. read more

After reading some of the reviews on yelp, I considered going somewhere else. I am so happy I did not. The tec Pam was warm, friendly and went out of her way to call my doctor's office to solve some questions. I highly recomend this location. read more

Would never use this Quest branch again. Went in at 7am with three other patients. The nurse spent until 720am talking to a friend in the back, keeping patients waiting and meanwhile the office is filling up with other patients. I had an appointment but had to leave at 8am because I could no longer wait. I can't stand this type of service - very poor customer service and no apologies to those waiting. read more

My father has been getting blood work done at Quest Richboro for over a year now and I give Pam a six star rating - while the place always gets backed up because there should REALLY be two staffers fielding all the people who come - Pam takes her time with each person and does a beyond excellent job. The paperwork involved (on the computer these days) CAN take a lot of time, and my dad needs a LOT of tubes for his blood draws. Pam is fabulous. QUEST, on the other hand, is not. My dad could be dead by now as we wait and wait for WEEKS for his test results! How can we tweak his treatments without knowing the results??? Other places like LabCorp manage to get results to you in under a week. I had to wait a MONTH the last time my dad had it done! This is nuts. His health is fragile. I need results ASAP. Right now he hasn't been eating much of anything for over three weeks. I desperately need to know what is out of whack. We did a trip to the ER and their superficial bloodtesting was not insightful though at least reassuring that he wasn't about to keel over. But there's so much they didn't test for too! So six stars for Pam and only 1 star for Quest. read more

This place is horrible! There is no sign stating this is "Quest" so you have to drive around the shopping center squinting at all the small-sized suite numbers and watching traffic. HINT: It's a few doors down from Albert Wiley, CPA who has a nice big sign. He's not too cheap to get a sign! The waiting room was about 60 degrees. So bring a coat and gloves! As Jane H. said one year ago almost to the day, there is only one person so there's nobody to ask any questions to. I didn't hear the sole employee complaining though; she was very personable. You can make an appointment ONLY if you know what kind of work you need done. If it's pre-employment testing, asking your future employer what specific test(s) are required so you can fill that in on the website so you can make your appointment. Bottom Line: Go to LabCorp across the street! read more

Expect a major wait if you don't have an appointment these days. Don't be fooled by the screen with your wait time as it keeps getting pushed further out every time an appointment checks in. I walked in and it told me a 35 minute wait. 60 minutes later I walked out still with a 10 minute posted wait. The staff consists of 1 person who is great but is being totally over worked. This place is terrible at taking people in a timely manner. I had to get a drug test done in a limited time for work, and being that all appointments were booked I went in at 7:30 in the morning and waited for 2 hours until they were finally able to take me. They only have one person doing all the work and no one at the front desk. Also, I hate that all the chairs face the back wall with a tv so loud you can't hear yourself think, so clearly they are just trying to avoid annoyed customers who have been waiting for a long time, which there are probably at least five of them at a time. Unless you have an appointment, go somewhere else. read more

3.5 stars. It appears there's only one phlebotomist holding up the entire operation, and she would complain to anyone who would listen (and you can hear it from the waiting room). No receptionist -- so you just sign in and hope that you did the right thing. It apparently gets super busy in the afternoon. There is a way to make an appointment, just not by calling that location or speaking to the lone phlebotomist. Once you make your way in, she does quick work. read more

Waited close to an hour just to give a urine sample. Only one employee working and she seemed to get distracted by everything. Also, the check in process was very vague. The one employee didn't really want to answer my questions and I'm pretty sure she just forgot I was there. read more

First there was no one at the front desk, secondly the women finally came and had horrible attitude and did not want to respond to any of the my questions. I had to call my Dr to figure out any minor details. Why work at a job you hate so much that you don't even want to help pregnant women? She should just quit and find something that is not related to the service industry. She complained about going to lunch the whole time. I believe we don't get paid for going to lunch but actually performing our work duties. Why is Quest Diagnostics hiring such horrible people who don't even want to help people at all? Lab corp which is directly across the street have much better service. I think people forget the power of internet these days. People care about being treated nicely and with care, especially pregnant women who have lots going on in their lives already. Shame on this kind of service and to Quest for hiring such people. I would avoid this location at all costs going forward. read more
