What kind of business model is quest running on? Are the people running this company stupid, incompetent or insane? There have been, the past two times I've come here, as many as 5 or 6 people in the waiting room at once. There was one person here, ONE for 5 or 6 people who was rushing around seeming to do her best to take care of everyone...is this not first of all unsafe? One person can easily make a mistake if dealing with so many people at once...it used to be there were at least 3 people here, not much of a wait time etc caetera, why is there one person? And I must say, because my issue is not with her, quite the opposite if anything, I asked her about these things she said that's just the way it is, she had a good attitude and was somehow very professional and put me at ease despite seeming so overworked, she more than anyone should be outraged but was friendly and not at all bitter which is alot more than I can say about myself and the others in the waiting room. I recently switched over from labcorp where, the last time I was there, there were four people working, what is wrong with quest? If they think they're going to stay in business running things like this...I would go so far as to tell people if you need regular blood work done to switch your insurance if possible in order to go to labcorp across the street...I'm refering to the Richboro location I don't know that the others are run the same way but why wouldn't they be?...people in the waiting room including myself either practicing bladder control or hungry from fasting were talking amongst ourselves and couldn't believe how a place to do with important medical testing could be run more poorly than...I can't think of a place with worse service especially when dealing with people's often times serious health problems...Why are there less people? There's just as many if not more people coming in. Why does labcorp have 4x the people working?...unfortunately I'm stuck with quest due to my insurance but I hope I can switch back to labcorp asap as I need to get regular blood work done, really disgraceful...this company and the CEOs must be so out of touch, I hope this is a wake up call for them but I doubt they bother to listen to feedback given how they don't seem to care much, your clientele and your solitary worker who again somehow didnt complain at all though I brought this up to her are, speaking for myself and the people in the waiting room, confounded by this setup, I hope this reaches someone and please for my sake and others go back to having at least another person at the richboro location, I'm trying to help you out here for there is no way this will keep working...people will find a way to go somewhere else no matter what deals you have with insurance companies. I run a company myself, if it was anywhere near like this I would've been out of business a long time ago...if nothing changes I can't imagine quest will be in business much longer. The woman there, Pam by the way, likeI said couldn't have been nicer under the circumstances, I can't imagine being treated like that as a worker, surelymy employees would've gone on strike by now if in her spot... read more
