I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with the phlebotomist, Pam. Pam was compassionate, efficient, professional and gentle. I didn't even feel her drawing so many tubes of blood. This lady has such a great personality and I don't know how she runs the whole operation with such calmness and proficiency. Quest, Pam is great asset to your company! When I could finally talk to someone I asked if they could check their system to see if a script was sent over electronically. The representative in the booth next to us blurted out "why would they check in if they know they don't have a script?". As if it was her business. The representative attending to me remained neutral and checked their system and found the electronic script. This is not the only location I've been to where the representatives behave in rude, loud manners. LabCorp Management needs to address these issues with their customer service as a priority.
