I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with the phlebotomist, Pam. Pam was compassionate, efficient, professional and gentle. I didn't even feel her drawing so many tubes of blood. This lady has such a great personality and I don't know how she runs the whole operation with such calmness and proficiency. Quest, Pam is great asset to your company! I have an autoimmune disease and get a lot of labs done on a regular basis and unfortunately my body doesn't always cooperate with blood draws. When I could finally talk to someone I asked if they could check their system to see if a script was sent over electronically. The representative in the booth next to us blurted out "why would they check in if they know they don't have a script?". As if it was her business. The representative attending to me remained neutral and checked their system and found the electronic script. This is not the only location I've been to where the representatives behave in rude, loud manners. LabCorp Management needs to address these issues with their customer service as a priority.

This was not my first visit and I have always enjoyed the quality of care and the friendliness of the staff. It is easy to register upon arriving (just make sure you have your ID card and Insurance card). The process to register at the kiosk is simple and self-explanatory. My name was called and I was seated in a private room within 20 minutes. The whole process from start to finish (arrival to departure) took 30 minutes. I had no appointment and I was pleased with how little time this visit took. I will definitely return to Labcorp Newtown as long as they participate and are in network with my insurance carrier.
