I asked if she could draw it from my hand, which she happily did, and the process was quick, painless, and I felt perfectly fine afterwards! This was the first time in years I've left an office after having blood drawn, and feeling fine. The office was clean, I was in and out, and overall had a great experience!

I really appreciate the kiosk check in and being able to see your place in line as opposed to sitting in a room with no clue of when you're going to be taken back. Whenever I've gone I've always been taken back pretty quick. On busier days I highly suggest an appointment to expedite your wait. The phlebotomists have always been friendly and are good at what they do which means a lot especially since I'm not the easiest to find a vein on. The latest was my breaking point. I had scheduled a physical months ago (because it takes months to get an appointment). I just got a message that the doctor was not available and I had to reschedule. No number was left. I called back the number the message was left on. Evidently that leads to no where and eventually hung up on me. I finally find another number and after another maze of phone hell I guess I was connected to a Jefferson central scheduling person (evidently you can't just call someone in their office). This person then proceeds to start from ground zero asking me all the same questions that I was asked 3 months ago when scheduling. Then after about 15 minutes total trying to navigate what should have been 3 minutes of time to reschedule they offer me an appointment another 3 months out!!! God forbid you are actually sick and need to see a doctor - good luck. It's a shame because I do like my doctor but he is behind such a wall of nonsense you can't get to him. I'm done. Then when they call the person behind you and they have to open the door they want nothing to do with you. You manage to ask for a specimen cup and you get a grunt. The lady behind me needed the same thing. She got a "you'll have to wait a minute". 20 minutes later that minute never happened. I left. The attitudes are the worst, like they're doing you a favor. start some training on customer service. Also you might want to solicit employees that don't act like they're from the hood. Good luck.

It even scans your insurance card. I don't understand what the receptionist is for, because the kiosk does the whole registration :/ They called her in the room soon after the sign in. When you get on their site, you're referred to a phone number to make an appointment. When you call that number, you get a recording that says the number is not in service.
