I have an appointment at 10:30 am and I checked in upon arrival, but apparently it means nothing, as I am just waiting there with a room full of people. It's absolute chaos. Terrible experience as a first timer there. The short skinny girl there was so nasty from the very beginning til the end. Very rude, condescending, and no bedside manners at all. Where do they find these people?!? So disgusting that labcorp have someone like that who treat people like shit! Doesn't hurt to be polite to people especially if you're working in the medical field. There are 2 techs. A thin short was my tech today. She was rude, nasty and not skilled - my arm still hurts. Asked me twice if I was in blood thinners - answered "no" twice. Told her she didn't seem very happy and she sneered at me with a fake smile. HR needs to teach her what "Customer Service" mean = Customers Pay Her Salary. read more

I love coming to this location, they are always so friendly and they really do try their best. But they are very short staffed and that isn't their fault. A lot of the complaints are about time, and that's understandable but they are trying their best. They got me in and out, and they were so kind and patient with difficult customers. read more

I was hesitant to go get my bloodwork done at this location when looking at the previous reviews, but to my surprise, it was great! I did not have an appointment, but arrived early in the morning with the expectation of having to wait. When arriving there were 2 patients in the waiting room. I checked in using their check-in station (which was super easy!) and after waiting 5 minutes, they called me back to review my script. I waited another 5 minutes before having my blood drawn. Update #3 10/26/2018 Rasheba, the tech doesn't know how to do certain blood tests. I have to come in and get blood drawn by someone who doesn't know the basics of her job? Katrina the manager tried to help, but a 12:30 appointment took 1 hour and 25 minutes due to the fact the other person was incompetent. They had to send another tech from somewhere to draw my blood. Seriously! So mismanaged! Plymouth Meeting is much better. Updated Review: 10/6/2017 I checked in at 12:20pm and as of 1pm, I'm still waiting to be seen. This place is so mismanaged! Appointment or walk-in, you're screwed to wait till the cows come home. I might as well bring a sleeping bag with me next time. 1st review in August 2017 This location is run poorly and not efficient. Whatever you do don't waste your time going to this LabCorp!!! Worst service ever had a 9:15 appointment. The person calls me at the desk at 10:10 had the audacity to ask me do I have a problem? My response was yes I have a problem waiting over an hour to give blood for a 9:15 appointment. do yourself a favor go someplace else its NOT worth the stress or waste of time. I was actually so mad I took my paperwork back from her and left. It wouldn't have been a good experience me giving blood with an attitude and the lack of professionalism in there!! The ratchet person at the front desk needs to stop whining and work on getting the patient's in and out and NOT playing the victim. All she kept saying was I'm just getting here at 10 o'clock in the morning and I had a 915 appointment. All hands should be on deck when you have a waiting room full of ten people and only six chairs get it together LabCorp. Give people better service even the building is jacked up the hallway is under construction!!! At the end of the day. It's all about money you can see that clearly. I've had to go here three times because of the proximity to my drs office. The first time the lady was rude about telling me I needed to fast (though the dr had explicitly said I didn't have to) and turned me away. I went back fasted and she was there again having an argument about race with another tech. They clearly had been arguing before I came in and she didn't acknowledge that I had entered the small waiting room. The other woman helped me but barely spoke and looked like she was about to cry. Third time, same woman. She was pleasant in getting the paperwork done but then she was the one to draw the blood... I have never been so badly bruised from a simple blood test. I will never go back there. I've reported all of this to my dr so he stops suggesting them. Awful experiences overall. read more

After 2 visits for lab work at this location I decided I'd rather drive 10 miles to the collegeville labcorp location (where the staff has empathy and good customer service) than deal with this locations staff! read more

Very friendly at this location, the woman who registered me and took my blood had a great personality and was clearly enjoying her job. A+ for her. I went here for a yearly blood draw. I had to wait maybe 10 minutes, called to be registered, then they took me to be stuck right away. To find this location go in either door at the corner, up the steps, sign in, have a seat. The only thing that I really didn't like about this visit is that they run your credit card and make you sign a paper that says you agree to pay anything that your insurance doesn't cover up to $50. The kicker is that they can't tell you what the insurance is going to cover and they don't know how much or if you'll be charged. I have not received a bill yet! read more

I think that this laboratory is excellent. I have been here every week or two for six months. They were professional, friendly and did a good job on drawing blood. They know me by name and have asked my husband how I am. I make appointments prior to my going for blood draw. I would recommend this lab read more

The lady at the front desk didn't acknowledge I was standing there. I asked if I just sign in a wait and she was very short with me. The ladies who worked there were very short with me the whole time and kinda came off as rude. Waited for about an hour for a simple drug test. I wish I could give no stars. While driving to my appointment yesterday morning, I got bad directions from my iPhone. I tried several times to reach a human at Labcorp (4846819355) to say "I got this far, how do I get there from here?" Their automatic telephone answering system allows NO way to reach a real human. Why wouldn't a business care about that? NOBODY won yesterday morning. They lost the money that my insurance company would've sent, and I have to take another 1/2 day vacation to schedule the same blood test somewhere else. Labcorp, are you reading this? I have made the mistake twice of going to this misrun disgusting place! I was told not to go there but NO! I went anyway because it was convenient. The worse experience I have ever had at a Blood Testing facility. Rude and Unknowledgeble is an understatement. Because of this horrible experience I haven't gone for any of my necessary blood tests since. Gave them my scrip and she didn't know the codes for the one test, I said fine let me call my doctor or insurance co. and get it for u. She said no leave and come back. I have fasted 12 hrs. and took the morning to come there. I almost passed out, I told her I was getting sick and only needed 2 minutes and that is what it took me to do it myself, she refused to help. Then she was angry, she was so rough that my arm within the hour had her black and blue finger prints, down my arm to my wrists. I tried to be polite through sickening experience. Then she turned my insurance info incorrectly and now billing wanted $435.00 as she turned my Medicare into New Jersey instead of Pa. Sent them my correct info to no avail, rebilled filled wrong again, then turned me into collection agency, I have almost perfect credit! Sent them correct info 4 times. I should have stayed with Quest like I was suggested to do. No insurance problems except with them. DISGUSTING! is the word for them. read more

Don't go here if you have an appointment. Your appointment doesn't matter if it's busy and they will not give you any time frame of when they will be taking you. Just something like "we are working on it. We are understaffed" in a rude tone. Which totally negates the reasons for making an appointment since we make them around other things we have to do. read more
