The woman at the front desk during my last two visits (a heavyset Black woman, medium brown complexion, with long hair) acted like my presence was an inconvenience, even when I arrived early for an appointment (which it took 15 minutes for her to check me in for). She also started playing loud music at her desk, and she even held conversations with patients on speaker phone (sorry, Mary Ross, but we all heard your convo with the Vybe front desk receptionist).
