Everyone who came in was incredibly polite, and I never felt judged for a second. Morgan was helpful, informative, and kind throughout the entire situation, making me feel safe and genuinely cared for in a way I have never experienced with a medical caretaker before. I had to lift my arm out of my one sleeve so he could draw my blood. Then he gave me the instructions for the 2 stool samples. One had to be refrigerated. I took the 2 tests back the next day. He asked if I had the paperwork. He had already made a copy of the order, so I thought that was odd. I ran back home and picked up the paperwork. The facility closed at 2:00, so when I walked back into the facility, it was 2:00. I made the comment that I was glad that I made it on time. The phlebotomist said, "Well, you showed me one of your breasts, so I waited for you. I was so shocked that I didn't know what to say. I had an appointment with a gastrointestinal doctor the following week. He looked up the results of the 2 stool samples. He stated they weren't there. I went back to Labcorp, and the lady at the front desk had no idea. She told me to call the corporate office. That was a joke. I called, and the customer service rep had no idea where they were. She actually told me to come back in and redo the tests. I told her that the tests had to be done at home. Really?? I made 4 phone calls to Labcorp and finally spoke to an actual person. I asked to speak to a supervisor. He left me on hold for a long time, then finally took the information. A supervisor did call me back, and I explained the problems. He told me that it was probably lost. How would it get lost since I gave it to the phlebotomist? The supervisor told me that he would call me back. He never did. Is this the way for a facility yo operate? I would never go back there. The phlebotomist was unprofessional, and they lost 2 of my tests. Those tests were very important.

Today, I went with my boyfriend to this Sun Lab location because it was close to our house, and…read moreunfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience. When we arrived, a Hispanic female employee was sitting in the corner near the front counter, using her phone instead of assisting patients. I said "hello?" before she finally came over to help us. We needed to complete a stool test today. She asked whether we wanted to take the test home or complete it there. We told her we were ready to do it today. She then gave us a urine cup with the lab order inside the specimen bag. I asked where the stick was to transfer the stool into the container. She told me they didn't have any sticks and suggested that we use our hands. I was shocked. She then gave us a pair of gloves instead. I told her there was no way a large laboratory company like Sun Lab should be out of such basic specimen-collection supplies. She eventually went to the back and came out with two sticks, saying, "I found these for you." After my boyfriend went to the restroom to complete the stool test, she went right back to sitting in the corner using her phone until the location closed at 12 PM. I am raising this concern with the manager because this was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. If management sees this review, I strongly encourage you to review the security camera footage from today, August 8, 2026, around 11:15 AM to verify what happened. There were also two other Asian employees working at the location. They were standing and actively working, while this Hispanic employee was sitting in the air conditioning and using her phone. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue appropriately.

My throat was swelling, I could barely speak, and it was becoming difficult to breathe normally. I didn't catch the name of the woman at the front desk who checked me in and gave me my injection, and I'm sorry for that. She stayed calm, explained everything clearly, and treated me with genuine kindness when I was scared. Dr. Amrit Dillon came in quickly, took my condition seriously, and after the injection he came back more than once to check my swelling and make sure I was improving. That extra attention really gave me peace of mind. Everyone I interacted with was kind and professional. What may have been routine care for them meant a great deal to me as a patient experiencing these symptoms for the first time. Thank you all for taking such good care of me.

I had a nice experience on this urgent care when I went there last December for the first time, I…read morehad a bad flu and the Dr. was very nice and listens, very accommodating. I was able to be given antibiotic and the next day I felt better and continued my medication. Now, I'm bringing in my son later this afternoon because I like the Dr. and the place is nice and clean and most of all no waiting for long time.I will definitely comeback here again when needed. They are open M-F: 8-8pm Sat &Sunday: 9-5pm Lunch break: 2-3pm
