Covid-era related: Hours are limited (as of Fall 2020). They provide plenty of hand sanitizer and alcohol wipes in the waiting area. I arrived 15 minutes early. Parking is convenient and on the same level with the door. There are no steps to negotiate for any that is disabled. The Ladies began immediately. I checked in easily on the link they provided in my email. I am 64 years old & electronically challenged so if I say easily, it was. They sent a text to come in & I was signed in & escorted to the lab. I was done within 15 minutes.. I would highly recommend this site to anyone. read more

I have been going to this location for 2 years and I love it because is close for home,I never book an appointment and I am usually in and out in 30 min,the lab is clean and the stuff is great.Aron is excellent and does a great job (my veins are deep and not easy to find that is what I was told before)but he gets right away with no problem, no pain.I do recommend this lab read more

I had a wonderful experience at LabCorp. As good as one can be when you have to pee in a cup and have someone suck your blood. I scheduled an appointment, sat in my car and texted when I arrived. Right on time, I got a text telling me my technician was ready for me. It took about 10 minutes to get in and out, what more can you ask for? read more

I am sincerely surprised over and over again by this office. I use it because it is right next to my doctor and I just hop over after my annual for my regular bloodwork. They are so incredibly rude and disdainful to everyone who walks in. I'm not a person who needs people to perform for me, but not being actively disdainful that I am there for bloodwork is all I'm asking. I've come here for three years now and same thing over and over again, so I'll be moving to a new office despite the convenience. I really am not asking for anything other than basic respectful communication. Any questions you have are met with a huge huff and sigh and told "not my problem". I've had two good phlebotomists and one who must have been new and it was rough, but everyone has to start somewhere, so it's completely understandable. It's primarily the people at the desk who are bad. And it feels like their kiosk system was to reduce interaction with them, but it doesn't eliminate it. I will not be returning and felt like I have had enough consistent bad experiences over time to make that informed decision. read more

I asked my doctor for lab tests I didn't need so that I could go with my wife to LabCorp, since she had to go. I tried to get us an appointment, but that didn't really work for both of us, so I scheduled one for myself by my work. Yes, I'm an idiot... Or really smart, so I could figure out the process and avoid getting verbally abused by my wife when she goes... I'm a genius... Anyways, I get there fifteen minutes early as the confirmation said, I walk in and I head to the window. I start pulling out my confirmation on my phone to see what it said, because I saw I could check in there, and some guy followed me in and wanted to use the check in kiosk. I didn't even see this thing, even though it's right there. I'm just used to going to a window at doctor's offices. I check in on my phone and sit down. I then check in to yelp and look at the reviews. Wow, you people hate this place... Will I too? Oh, someone is making a comment about people not knowing how to use the kiosk and not being able to sign in at a window. I'm one of those old people she is complaining about... Oh no, nothing positive... I'm going to get a bad needle stick I think... After a few minutes, they called me to the back and then called the other guy who followed me in. They processed my information, told me to go back to room 1, stuck me in my good arm, and I was good to go. Seven minutes before my appointment time... I was back at my work desk before my appoint time was supposed to be. Fantastic. Yea, it's a weird room and system. The staff aren't that friendly. I actually like staff in this location. Yes there usually is a wait, but it's because they need more staff. The phlebotomist usually draws my blood the first time, which is awesome. And they do a less painful stick than other places. Everywhere else I get bloodwork they need me to go into weird positions and they still never get it right. Even though I tell them where to go. The only thing I don't like about this location is they have a kiosk as a sign in. Obviously, I know how to use a computer and sign in, but the general population that comes in here doesn't. They are mostly older. So when I'm waiting in the waiting room, they expect me to help them, but I don't work there. Then they complain to me as if I haven't been already waiting for 25 minutes. And I'm not too thrilled about touching a computer that every sick person touches. Especially since this location is so close to a hospital. I want to touch as little as I can when I get here. I'd rather sign in with a person that way someone can actually know that I have checked in. read more

Rude, rude, rude! And incompetent! The staff are nasty, they grunt responses. This location is dirty, not at all sanitary. Every time I go to Labcorp, I get a needle-stick hematoma that lasts for days. Unfortunately, my insurance plan covers Labcorp and no other labs or I would never step foot in this place again. I came at 9 figuring most of the people with fasting blood tests would come earlier. They have a low staff and people are sitting on the floor because all the chairs are full! The Kiosk sign said "wait wherever you want we will text you" . So not wanting to sit on the floor I sat on a bench in the lobby. They never texted me. Said they do not go by the kiosk!!! Seriously. This place is ridiculous!!! I walked in at 8:25 am on a Thursday. Went to window. Told her I was here. Didn't ask if I had an appointment. But directed me to "sign in" in on a sheet of paper. I checked the box that said I had an appointment. So felt little better. Easily 10 people waiting with me. Finally I asked if my turn was soon ... and she asked me if I had an appointment. "YES", I said. And then she said she'd take me back soon, which I appreciated. I waited 15 more minutes. Well ! I know why the LONG WAIT !! She was the ONLY employee !!! Desk and lab work combined. CRAZY !! Thankfully, she was talented enough. Because, she gets a lot of practice I suppose !! After finishing, I walked through the waiting room to all the long faces. And I announced ..."guess what !! she's the ONLY employee here till 10AM!!! Patients couldn't believe it. And some left immediately. Seriously ! How do you run a business like this ?! I encouraged everyone to fill out one of the survey cards I saw on the wall. Funny thing, I took it home to fill it out and noticed that somebody had already marked a Pen Mark in the "excellent" category, under "overall experience", so that if you weren't careful, you would handed in and not know that!!! This location is TERRIBLE! I normally have my labs done at the Ardmore location which has exceptional customer service. Today I needed to go closer to work so went as a walk in to the Bryn Mawr location. It was not crowded at all there were 3 people ahead of me. I was greeted or should I say not greeted by a very unfriendly young lady who didn't even have the decency to look up from her desk to greet me. It went down hill from there. This is location has to be the slowest and worst customer service that I have ever seen. I will NEVER go back here. And to Labcorp do yourselves a favor and hire people that have actual people skills!!! ****Only gave one star because I had to.**** read more

Plenty of other reviews say the same thing so I won't repeat it all, but the service in this location is abhorrent. They have a glass window with someone sitting behind the desk, but she won't acknowledge you. They literally have a piece of paper taped on the glass to block eye contact with you. It's rare to see a company that employs people who care this little about their customers -- If these employees have such disdain for customers, they should find another job. LabCorp should change out the administrative staff or close the location. read more

I walked in without an appointment on a Friday afternoon. No one was in the waiting room, and no one was behind the desk. It seemed like no one was even working there! Then after about 5 minutes a woman opens the door and basically yells, "You need to sign in." Yikes! As another reviewer wrote, RUDE, DISINTERESTED, DISCOURTEOUS. I am not a big fan of blood tests and was obviously distressed while getting my blood drawn. Did she ask me if I was okay or wanted some juice? No. She mumbled something about me needing to give a urine sample. I understand this may not be the greatest job in the world and it would be nice if she had another person helping her in the office, but I'm paying for this service and should at least be treated with respect. If I acted like this at my place of employment, I'd be fired. New again at this Labcorp location. read more

I tried to ask the woman behind the glass - she was so bothered by me and opened the glass with such disdain, I almost wanted to laugh. It was not busy in the waiting room and it did not seem to matter that I had prescheduled my appointment. I have been to this Labcorp location many times and this last visit will be the last. EVERYTHING is wrong with this place: 1) 99% of the time, the women who work here are RUDE, DISINTERESTED, DISCOURTEOUS and have absolutely no empathy, 2) there is one person taking the labs AND handling the front desk - what do you think that means for the patients that come in there - LONG waits, 3) whether I make an appointment or not makes no difference. In fact, when I was there recently, the incompetent woman working thatday said that since my *appointment* was at 3:45, I should have showed up 15min early. Why would I do that??? If I have an appointment at a specified time, then I expect that if I get there a few minutes before appointment, it's sufficient to be seen just like in any dr's office, 4) they are rough handed - I have had bloodwork taken hundreds of times with no bruising. Without fail, when I go in THERE I walk out with an enormous bruise. They need more training to do their job properly, 5) if you are going to see children in this location, the folks better have some empathy and be willing to take some extra care with kids. It's bad enough for a child to have to deal with bloodwork/needles etc. It seems obvious that being friendly and welcoming would go a long way in helping the situation. The woman who took my child's bloodwork literally didn't even say hello to her. Is it SO HARD to be nice and show an ounce of empathy?? Seriously, stay away from this place - it's consistently AWFUL. read more

Very upset. I took my child to get labwork today because he is transfusion dependent - meaning he survives on getting red cells transfused every three weeks - he was looking rather pale. When entering the office there was no one waiting. Thought this would be great. Three women sitting there talking. Woman at desk asked for my paperwork and cards. I asked for her to copy labs because these were my originals - got some feedback from her in reference to that. Finally convinced them to copy and give labs back to me. My sons labs were done and we left. Contacted my sons hospital to let them know I took him to Labcor and that if they did not hear from them by 2:00 to please call. These labs are STAT! They should not take forever. Contacted hospital and they said that they had just entered them or whatever they do with them around 3:00 p.m. and that they would not have the results today. Unacceptable! Once again my child is transfusion dependent. If his hemaglobin drops too low he could have a heart attack and die. Hence getting labs done on him due to being pale and hence why his labs are marked STAT! I am on the phone now making a complaint. Well that went no where. I will not go back to this location. Unfortunate that I have to use Labcor due to my insurance. read more
