Went in for a blood draw yesterday. Was taken promptly. The technician was rough and left a bruise on my arm. Bathroom did not have soap!

Check in either on your device (if you made an appointment) or on the kiosk. *Made an appointment? You're the smartest!!! Always make an appointment ahead of time for this location by visiting them online. Have your email confirmation ready to scan at the kiosk, if you didn't check in on your device. *Bring your paperwork so LabCorp can perform the test ordered by your physician. *This location is understaffed. Does staff seem rude before you enter the patient rooms? They're overworked. They have been putting up with patients who became frustrated from a.) lack of their own or other patients' tech abilities to sign in on a kiosk (this is LabCorp's fault for requiring a digital check in), b.) long wait times (again, make an appointment), c.) missing paperwork from doctors. The phlebotomists are friendly and skilled once you get out of the waiting area and can interact with them. Long story short, make an appointment on the LabCorp website, save the confirmation text/email, bring paperwork, sign in from your device upon arrival, and be kind. Covid-era related: Hours are limited (as of Fall 2020). They provide plenty of hand sanitizer and alcohol wipes in the waiting area. There are markings on the floor to help the kiosk line folks stay 6' apart. Patients need to choose seating wisely to allow everyone an empty seat apart. Wear your mask. Of course they wear theirs.

Not very friendly talking with me and told me she sits behind the first lady and who told me she never said she would call me back. All in all, the supervisor told me the truth when she said whenever one of the doctors gets to my message and could not tell me when that will be, someone would call me back to schedule an appointment without even knowing what my problem is. If that's the service before the sale, I'm definitely not giving them a second chance to screw up my treatment regardless who the doctor is. I

He's very interested in Crohn's and colitis (you can tell he keeps up with all of the latest research), but he's also very concerned about his patients' quality of life. Despite the general business of the practice, appointments are never rushed, and Dr. Collazzo always takes the time to answer all of my questions. He treats the patient-doctor relationship as a true partnership (he even starts every appointment with a handshake), and is very cognizant of his patients' varied abilities when it comes to understanding medical jargon (he began with very basic explanations, then busted out the big words once he realized I know my way around a medical journal). I wish I could give him extra stars for the fact that he always gets back to me within a few hours if I call the office with a question, his persistence in playing epic games of phone tag, and his willingness to call in a new prescription without forcing me to come in for an unnecessary appointment. Hands down, the best doctor I've ever had - GI or otherwise.
