I got up and left because it was turning confrontational. I then received a phone call from the same lady with an attitude making accusations that I was rude to her and her tech when she came ro my home. I stated that was a lie. The tech and I had a pleasant conversation and she invited me to the office because she could not draw from my hand. She then threaten me that she was requesting ro cancel my policy because I was rude to her. I ALSO INFIRMED HER THATBIT WAS UNPROFESSIONAL FOR HER TECH TO COME TO SO ONES HOME SMELLING LIKE MARIJUANA! SHE STATES WHAT SHE DOES ON HER PERSONAL TIME IS HER BUSINESS. Does staff seem rude before you enter the patient rooms? They're overworked. They have been putting up with patients who became frustrated from a.) lack of their own or other patients' tech abilities to sign in on a kiosk (this is LabCorp's fault for requiring a digital check in), b.) long wait times (again, make an appointment), c.) missing paperwork from doctors. The phlebotomists are friendly and skilled once you get out of the waiting area and can interact with them. Long story short, make an appointment on the LabCorp website, save the confirmation text/email, bring paperwork, sign in from your device upon arrival, and be kind. Covid-era related: Hours are limited (as of Fall 2020). They provide plenty of hand sanitizer and alcohol wipes in the waiting area.
