I had a pretty unpleasant experience with the employee who took my blood. After waiting over an hour without an appointment, I did not have a printed copy of my lab requisition and was directed to print it across the street. When I went to that other establishment to print, they were annoyed with the fact that they still don't have a printer. I came back, he got me in and seemed fine. He started nagging me about my health insurance and was very short and angry with me when I had questions about my coverage. I was pressured into swiping my card. I don't know what I could have done to upset him, but he was very rude, interrogative and unprofessional. When taking my blood, he moved around a lot and I've got a lot of bruising to show for it now. Very nearly passed out. I was polite and respectful the entire time. I never Karen, but that was a terrible experience. read more

Lady working Labcorp is awful, rudely told me I couldn't do what I needed because I didn't have doctors order, tried to explain I could do this and I had done it on Monday three days ago and was coming for a second test to compare. I had already paid. After standing my ground on this she looked in the system to find out I was right... instead of apologizing she then blamed me for not finishing my check in. Which I'm 30 like I understand technology I did all the steps the tablet prompted me to do and had no other options. That's a system error not a user error. Anyways in comparison to my experience on Monday this one was frustrating to say the least I would avoid this location if you can! not worth the stress and mistreatment of you as a customer read more

Like a handful of other reviews on here, i too had a bad experience with an employee who was the technician that day. I was verbally abused by this woman. I had to leave without giving my specimen. She needs to be fired and I would like to see Labcorp follow up on this review and set things right. UPDATE: I did fill out the feedback on the Labcorp website as Reagan has asked, but still got no response from Labcorp, so it appears nothing will be done, which makes it even worse now. read more

I've been coming here since my move last June. I always make an appointment online & usually in & out. Very convenient. The phlebotomist is very experienced and friendly. Too bad they don't have at least 2 phlebotomists. I'll continue to come for all my lab work. read more

I came in for a routine blood draw, and filled out the form on an iPad. I stated that I would be waiting, but it didn't tell me how long the wait might be. I had somewhere I needed to be in 45 minutes so i asked the pharmacist if they might know how long the wait would be. They told me to ring the doorbell and someone with Lab Corp would answer. I did that, and no one answered. I knew someone was in the office be I could hear them shuffling around, but they didn't answer, so I was unsure if the doorbell actually rang, so I tried it again. It was answered by an angry woman that told me she was doing important work, and to sit down and wait. I asked if she had an idea how long the wait would be. She said no, I don't, sit down and she would get to me when she could. I told her I needed to be somewhere shortly and could she give me a guesstimate on if it would be 5-10 minutes. She said no- and not in a nice way- told me to sit down and then slammed the door on me. When the lady ahead of me left, the lady, whose name is Regina, told me to come I to the office because she had some things to tell me. Again, I asked how long it would take, and she told me to get out of there. She was not willing to do anything further. i believe this Regina woke up on the wrong side of the bed. She was meaner than a snake. There was no way she was gonna get to stab my arm at that point! Lab Corp- you need to check into this. read more

I keep going back giving them the benefit of the doubt hoping they will get better, but I think I am done. I have been to multiple Labcorp locations and this is the only one that continuously tells me they can't find my ordering physician's account. I have blood work routinely done once a month and no other location has this issue. They are also the only location that I have had to go back in and had my labs redrawn because they didn't run all the labs on my orders. And this time they have somehow managed to just completely lose my specimens or not enter something correctly, I am not sure which because no one will pick up the phone to answer my questions, but it's been 3 days and I have no lab results and show nothing as pending under my account. I would find another location if I were you. read more

I had a terrible experience with the African American woman who was the technician at around 2:30pm today. I had an appointment, got all checked in, and eventually i was called up to the front. She asked me for my reference number for my employment screening. I accidentally gave her my confirmation number, and she got really pissed. She was meaner than a snake. I quietly looked for my ref number on my phone, maybe 25 seconds, which I found. I asked if she was ready, and she said she's been ready in a very condescending tone. At this point I wasn't going to trust her with my employment sample, and told her she was being quite rude. She said no, and got even angrier, and tried to throw me out! I Reported her to Labcorp management. Hopefully she'll be fired. Fair warning, if you see her attitude, turn around and just walk out. She can't be trusted with the important work she's attempting to do, and miserably failing at it, i might add. read more
