While searching online I found Carbon and was relieved I was given the option to actually make an appointment. They had a 9:15 appt and when I arrived there was only 1 person in front of me. The office was very modern and clean and the receptionist was quick and professional. I waited less than 10 minutes when I was called. They also have a lab onsite and when I downloaded their app, I had my results within minutes! My entire visit was 30-45 minutes, the dr. called in my meds and I was on my way. This is a great facility and while I hope to never need urgent care again, if I do, I will definitely come back here.

Terrible experience! Called to get a Referral, they said it may take between 24-72 hours. Called 24…read morehours later to check on the referral only to be told they couldn't work on it because they needed the name of the Dr. before they could proceed. Called 24 hours later with the name of the Dr. only to be told they're "working" on it but now i was told it was gonna take up to 10 days. The communication is terrible and someone may tell you something one day and someone else is gonna tell you something completely different the next day. I wish these things could be said the first time instead of having to call 3 different days to get 3 different answers. The communication is terrible and seems like they don't know what they're doing. I wouldn't have an issue if these things were told in the first call i made. Ive been needing PT and its been beyond a hassle to get a referral after they recommended someone. I had a good experience in my first visit but this just voids that good visit. If you decide to go with them, make sure to ask every question and find out everything before hand so there's no surprised later.

The scheduling, communication, and overall lack of professionalism made an already unpleasant procedure so much worse. Our appointment was originally for 11:30 AM, but they called at 9:40 AM asking if we could come in at 10:30 AM due to a cancellation. Since you have to fast the entire day before (no food or water), we jumped at the chance to get it over with sooner. We rushed to rearrange our ride, got there right on time, and checked in--only to sit and wait for 2.5 hours past the appointment time. My husband, who we were told had the same appointment time, wasn't even taken back until three hours after the appt time and then had to wait in back while I was finishing. When we asked for updates, the front desk staff was rude and dismissive. After multiple delays, we were eventually told, "If you want to cancel and leave, you can," which is beyond frustrating when you've already fasted for 1.5 days and gone through the prep. No apologies, no updates--just a total lack of consideration for our time. Once I was finally called back, I was given a dirty sheet to cover up with and had to wait another 30 minutes before they were actually ready. Meanwhile, my poor dad--who had come to pick us up as instructed--ended up waiting an additional 2.5 hours past the time they told him to return. To top it all off, their check-in process was shady at best. I was asked to sign multiple disclosure forms without actually being able to read them. The front desk staff was looking at a screen that I couldn't see, and I was told to sign blindly on a digital pad while she gave me a one-sentence summary of each document. When I questioned it, she rolled her eyes and shrugged, saying...That's just how we do it... Oh, and at one point, they came over and cut off my husband's wristband because they had put the wrong information on it and needed to issue a new one. Not exactly confidence-inspiring. Bottom line: The disorganization, unprofessional staff, and complete disregard for patient experience make this place a hard NO. If we hadn't already gone through the miserable prep, we absolutely would have left. Save yourself the frustration and find a place that values your time and treats you with basic respect.

When I arrived on time for my procedure, the bored teenager at reception told me I didn't have an appointment. Even though I had two appointment emails and a text message AND had done the colonoscopy prep. Turns out they had given my appointment to someone else the previous day for some reason. ONLY because I had done the awful prep, I insisted on having the procedure that day so I got to wait another two hours. During prep, the nurse did not wear gloves to insert and ultimately remove my IV. Yikes!!! Other sanitary measures were also bypassed but that was the most concerning. I told my family practice doctor about the experience with a recommendation that he refer his patients elsewhere for routine colonoscopy.

The changing rooms were nice with and according style door with magnets so it's not just a sheet covering the opening like other places. Even the gentlemen who did my checkin was friendly and efficient. Helped to have the prework done.

Their call back system is inoperable, also hangs up on you. Seems no is able to help the patient at ARA. Other diagnostic practices are much more patient friendly. The staff at William cannon location is wonderful but owners/ managers seem uninterested in the patient welfare.
