She picked out a Rubix's Cube, but they also had stuffed animals. My kids are usually SUPER anxious at doctor appointments and this makes getting them there and providing treatment, doing exams difficult. I have also used Quest in a major metropolitan area versus this Quest of Cortland. I needed same day STAT bloodwork done and went to this location. I am still waiting for my very important results a day and a half later and found out this morning that the labs were done incorrectly (either the phlebotomist or the lab typed something incorrectly - we are all human, that is not the issue), but the lab running my blood still had my blood 24 hours later so after 6 phone calls to the doctor and quest they were going to rerun my blood. No apology no nothing from quest - they essentially blamed my doctor (it was clearly typed on my orders ... again a mistake but generally in customer service you apologize for the inconvenience and do all in your power to make it better.). Not quest. If you need a beta drawn, heck if you're waiting for ANY important test - take your business elsewhere. I know I will be for all of the follow up tests I need. To think of the money that my insurance has paid these buffoons over the years. Don't worry Quest - I won't forget and I will NEVER use quest again. And I'll make sure anyone I know and love doesn't either. And anyone reading Yelp ... or better business bureau ... I am BEYOND mad!
