We scheduled an appointment, and were able to complete the registration paperwork online. The staff were very caring, professional, and polite. We saw an amazing nurse practitioner named Brittany. And now, I am going back and forth over a bill that I already paid. No one answers the billing number, and when you call the direct line all you get are people saying "I can't help with that, let me get you to billing." What a sham.

I went to Labcorp and they were not kind nor helpful. Plus the lady wanted me to get the work done even though she couldn't tell me if they accept my insurance so i walked out. Sure am glad i found Physicians Stat lab on Water St. The receptionist was very helpful, told me they took Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance and did my paper work for me. The other places they want you to do all that yourself, thus eliminating someone's job. Well the waiting room was full so I expected a long wait but she called my name in ten minutes, she took my blood and urine sample and out the door i went. I really like this place and i hope you have the fast, courteous service i got.

She was very quick and accurate in her work. Again I could not have asked for a better place. The front desk receptionist was also amazing and great at what she does. There was a line of people in her waiting area and she never once seemed frustrated or unpleasant. We were self pay as my son does not have insurance because it would be close to $400 p/m to add him on mine. They offer extremely reasonable pricing for their tests and Wednesdays are HALF PRICE!! My surgical nurse Mandi was such a great, great lady! She llaughed when she handed me the ever so lovely pull ups! Best part she was even able to talk me off the ledge, I was truly wigging out! My Dr. Moynihan was great, I even got his autograph ( on my knee).Anthony after surgery was amazing with post op care. Had me up and moving in no time and helped explain my care when home to my Hubble and myself, which I don't remember most of it. That would be a great reason so have your person there to get it. Home now with care from a very over protective Hubble. Guess I will enjoy that part for awhile!

I recently survived a car wreck but my spinal column was injured. A Specialist Doctor here reviewed…read moremy MRI raw data, somewhat described my injuries to me, suggested an intense course of steroids to reduce inflammation, to be followed up with Physical Therapy and Chiropractic. The doctor also prescribed a muscle relaxer, but they do not write ANY prescriptions for pain medication. They only refer patients to a Pain Management Clinic. It's a Florida thing. Paying out-of-pocket, the office visit was only $120. I thought that was very reasonable - until I discovered it's for 15 minutes of the doctor's time. He couldn't interview me about my signs and symptoms, review my MRI, and discuss treatment options with me in 15 minutes! After waiting 3 weeks for this appointment, I would have gladly paid $240 to get 30 minutes of the doctor's time. You better make sure your medical records and MRI's get here before your appointment, and then talk fast! We never got to discuss my specific Physical Therapy needs at all, but they did give me the business cards for 3 PT clinics. And I will be receiving some prescriptions to reduce inflammation in my spine. I am rating 5-stars because WCMI certainly knows what they are doing, but visits are somewhat rushed and overlapping. Be prepared and you should be okay. -------------------------------------------------- Updates: #1. The steroid treatment they gave me has been a Godsend. That's why they get 5-stars. They are good doctors and caring doctors. #2. I spoke with the Administrator and we agreed to disagree. He doesn't want any patients to feel rushed, but they do schedule 15 minute appointments. You have to scan a QR code to complete check in paperwork which was fast to do. The most we waited was 10 mins before being seen. This urgent care does do RSV testing for kids. The nurse was super friendly and knew how to talk to my niece and made her feel comfortable and not scared. She even took us in the room where there was a TV and put Bluey on for her. When they did the testing for RSV. She swapped very gently and even did a really good method for her to not feel the swab going in deep into her nose. The doctor was amazing and knew all the right words to say. Overall my experience here was great and I would come back here for any urgent care visits.

My experience, however, was not the best. The waiting time was surprisingly long despite being second in line. I waited for 40 minutes in the waiting room which wasn't a big deal for me but I was in the actual exam room for a long time, and it wasn't a very busy day. At one point I was alone in the waiting room. Once they finally got to me, I explained how I felt, since I had flu like symptoms and I needed some blood work done, and that's where my bad time was had. Here's the deal, nobody likes needles. I was told I have tiny veins, and after sticking me three times and two different arms I didn't end up getting the blood sample I needed. As soon as they pulled the needle out, blood was all over my arm, and some fell to the floor. Honestly, I'm a bit traumatized. I've had blood taken out before, and it has been very quick, almost painless, and one and done. This was a rough experience for me and idk if I can bring myself to go back after that. This was just my experience. I don't want to trash on the whole urgent care because people did seem very kind, but the waiting time was pretty long for an office that didn't seem so busy. I did after the third needle have a mini panic attack and they got me water and calmed me down. They gave me a slip to go to quest diagnostics after a few days because they couldn't get the bloodwork they needed. It's been a rough 2025 start, fam.
