I went to this location this morning to get blood work done. I couldn't get an appointment but the…read moresite said walk-ins are welcome. I got there right before 11:30 and checked in on the kiosk, where I was instructed to wait in my car in order to social distance and that they'd text me when it was my turn. There were a good amount of people ahead of me so I figured it would be a while. Closing time is listed as 1:30pm so around 1 I went inside to finish out the wait in there. Someone came out of the lab Corp room and called two names and those people entered (the kiosk gave me this choice in the beginning but I chose the text method instead since it was crowded) I never received a message and sat outside of the room until 1:40pm, when a pharmacist asked if I was STILL waiting for lab corp (I spoke with him when I got there 2 hours prior) and he told me that by the looks of it, no one is coming out to see me. I did exactly what I was told, and they just closed and never once acknowledged my existence after being there for over 2 hours. Maybe they just called my name and since I wasn't there, they moved on. If that's the case, the kiosk should not say to "wait where you're comfortable and we'll text you when it's your turn". Overall, this was a huge waste of my time and I'd never recommend this lab Corp location to anyone.

I did get there early as soon as they opened and there was already about 5-6 people waiting ahead of me. Technician was great, very quick. I asked where is bathroom and not given direction to wear to leave it. Not given any wipes like they used to give you. The bathroom was dirty and disgusting with toilet paper on floor, dirty floor and the sink was not clean like forever. Then I left sample in an area where it was not secure in my opinion. Just lazy, unwelcoming, rude staff! LapCorp....you need to do better and with higher standards for cleanliness and nicer staff!

When I inquired about keeping it in the refrigerator like my doctor's instructions told me to, they laughed and said it doesn't need to be refrigerated. Well, that's funny because my doctor's office said that it needed to be refrigerated and I spent an awful a lot of time walking back-and-forth to the refrigerator for 24 hours. What kind of business that works with the public closes at 2 o'clock in the afternoon? I don't know any other lab in the entire town that is only open until 2 PM. What about people who work? The earliest I've ever seen a business that is open to the public close is 4 PM. Can you imagine only being open from 9 to 2 on weekdays? What a dump this place is also. It looks extremely Soviet and besides a nasty, yucky, terrible location the women who work in here have got to be the angriest people for having this job. They are rude, cranky, short with you and downright mean. How they keep this job I will never understand, particularly in an affluent area.

People who started to arrive after me were being taken back then I noticed people were signing in on a piece of paper haphazardly. I then asked the lady at the front desk if I needed to sign in on the paper and she said yes. I told her I signed in on the tablet and it took my info. She said the tablets aren't transferring the stats for sign ins. I told her that she then needs to put out of order signs on the tablets as I just wasted 35 mins of my time. Nothing mentioned signing in on a piece of paper anywhere nor did she announce that the tablets weren't working. The lobby was packed. I stood the entire time and didn't complain until she was assisting people who arrived well after me. This isn't a hard concept to grasp. Her only response was the tablets weren't working but did nothing to tell anyone or post that they don't work as numerous people arrived and continued to sign in on the tablets. Walked out. Won't be back. This is simple customer service and shouldn't be this difficult or be a waste of anyone's time. I get things break but have a plan in place. I imagine this isn't the first time this has happened so why isn't it obvious what they should do to correct the sign in process when this happens.

The front desk ladies were very nice to me - but you must be polite to them - they are super busy and over worked. They all need a big raise. I am so grateful to MMI for providing much needed diagnostics for me and my kid.
