I had a young lady with shoulder length hair that was miserable, not welcoming and it was the most uncomfortable encounter. Then I had to leave a urine sample and just given a cup. The bathroom was dirty and disgusting with toilet paper on floor, dirty floor and the sink was not clean like forever. Then I left sample in an area where it was not secure in my opinion. When I inquired about keeping it in the refrigerator like my doctor's instructions told me to, they laughed and said it doesn't need to be refrigerated. Well, that's funny because my doctor's office said that it needed to be refrigerated and I spent an awful a lot of time walking back-and-forth to the refrigerator for 24 hours. What kind of business that works with the public closes at 2 o'clock in the afternoon? I don't know any other lab in the entire town that is only open until 2 PM. What about people who work? The earliest I've ever seen a business that is open to the public close is 4 PM. Can you imagine only being open from 9 to 2 on weekdays? What a dump this place is also. It looks extremely Soviet and besides a nasty, yucky, terrible location the women who work in here have got to be the angriest people for having this job. They are rude, cranky, short with you and downright mean. How they keep this job I will never understand, particularly in an affluent area.

People who started to arrive after me were being taken back then I noticed people were signing in on a piece of paper haphazardly. I then asked the lady at the front desk if I needed to sign in on the paper and she said yes. I told her I signed in on the tablet and it took my info. She said the tablets aren't transferring the stats for sign ins. I told her that she then needs to put out of order signs on the tablets as I just wasted 35 mins of my time. Nothing mentioned signing in on a piece of paper anywhere nor did she announce that the tablets weren't working. The lobby was packed. I stood the entire time and didn't complain until she was assisting people who arrived well after me. This isn't a hard concept to grasp. Her only response was the tablets weren't working but did nothing to tell anyone or post that they don't work as numerous people arrived and continued to sign in on the tablets. Walked out. Won't be back. This is simple customer service and shouldn't be this difficult or be a waste of anyone's time. I get things break but have a plan in place. I imagine this isn't the first time this has happened so why isn't it obvious what they should do to correct the sign in process when this happens.

I would give it zero stars if possible. This is the letter I sent to them:…read more My husband was scheduled for a ct scan this morning WITH dye. This was fully explained upon scheduling and a lengthy conversation was had regarding this with the woman who scheduled it. I was in the office yesterday to pick up his Barium Sulfate...which was given to him because he was having a ct scan WITH dye. I again had a lengthy conversation with the woman who scanned his slip into the computer which clearly noted he was having a ct scan WITH dye. She explained all directions regarding the use of the liquid since he was having a ct scan WITH dye. Also, when I picked up his liquids yesterday I was told the ct scan was not working. Someone arrived while I was there to repair it. They woman at the desk said they would call us later that evening to let us know if all was good and my husband could come for his appointment. They did not call. I had to call them and leave a message wondering what was going on. They called me this morning and confirmed that his appointment was on and the ct scan was working. So I'm assuming they would have to look in the computer at that point and observe he was scheduled for a ct scan WITH dye. When he arrived and checked in, he overhead the workers scrambling and discussing that he couldn't have his procedure done. They were very unprofessionally discussing it as if he wasn't even in the room. They finally, after 20 minutes, advised my husband that the person who scheduled listed it without dye and there was no doctor on site to administer the dye. They said he'd simply have to reschedule or go somewhere else. He asked where else could he go and they said they didn't know, MAYBE a hospital like Chester County. This is infuriating to say the least. My husband had to drink copious amounts of disgusting fluid. He had horrible cramping and diarrhea. He hadn't eaten since the night before. I feel he received terrible treatment and the staff acted very unprofessionally. We most certainly will NOT be rescheduling here, and I will be sure to let anyone know not to go there. I will be posting this review on Yelp and anywhere else I can. The fact is they had multiple conversations with me, confirmed multiple times, scanned his prescription, described how the procedure would work (WITH DYE) and then basically tells him too bad when he shows up. Disgraceful.
