I honestly think saying you went to a place like a hospital it should be private or privileged info. But I admit I had to go here due to an old injury. I went in and there were many seats (spaced out for ppl who are afraid of being too close to one another) and sat down near the spot where you kind of "check-in"... There is a place where you instantly put all of your info and after you answer the other important questions, you get to sit and wait. I'd say about every 5 minutes a person gets called to be evaluated before they see a doctor. This seems like not a very involved place until you go from the desk to see a person who will help you. I had a kind person yesterday where it turned out they couldn't help me but let me know of a hospital that had the x-ray type scanning that I needed. I felt they were very kind to me. I will not forget that! If you think going to an e. r. is the best place to go then that might work. If you know somebody that knows what you need is an office or place like this then go here! Patient First makes you their priority. They have compassion and care and are willing to help. For regular medical problems go to Patient First!

My husband started over a week ago. I started 4 days previous. Concerned about lettuce born pathogens, C diff in elderly, we finally went to Urgent Care. Instead of stool samples- they run up the Medicare bill with blood, urine.. ok.. A double masked rather large woman comes in. Hard to hear her thru the masks. Started telling my husband he needs CT for diverticulitis. He declines. I said we have the same symptoms. She tells me to be quiet. Says antibiotics could kill him. He says he will die. He takes antibiotics all the time. She finally gives him Flagyl. He signs against medical advice for CT & antibiotic. My turn. She says. She is not giving me anything. She doesn't like me. Because, behind the curtain, she must have heard me say, "Where the hell did she go to school?" She says, I am having heart problems. Need to go to ER for Echo right away. Need EKG. I say, no shortness of breath, can go up & down steps without problems, no symptoms? I decline both & sign her papers. It was a total waste of time for me. This woman is why Medicare is going bankrupt!

It is left up to the workers to tell others 8-10 am appts only. Also, the appointment times aren't to be followed like at other places. One is supposed to know they have their best window between 8-10 but that they still get some Priority potentially if they come later. The nurse that visited our home did not know how to perform simple tasks, apply wound dressing or collect wound culture. The scheduling team, Zaida for their main treatment "Mist Therapy", was very rude on the phone. Appointments were difficult to come by & there were instances when they simply did not show up. My son was under their care for 2 months & we saw no improvement. If you want to be treated with respect & your wounds healed, look elsewhere.

Once it was my turn, I went back and prepared for my blood work, she didn't grab any viles to put on the tray before inserting the needle. She actually grabbed them while the needle was in my arm, easy for hands to move and not keep the needle still... which is why I was left with this big bruise on my arm. If I wasn't in need of getting blood work done right away I would've gone to a different labcorp where they do a better job. Be cautious when going here.

There was no one at the front desk when I arrived. It was pretty quiet & empty. After a few minutes of waiting, one of the staff members greeted me & gave me some forms to fill out. I arrived about 20 minutes before my MRI appointment time. After I filled out my forms, I waited for about 5 minutes until Brenda greeted me & told me to follow her to the MRI room. They have a room where you can store & lock your personal items with a key that you can take with you to the MRI room. Brenda was very nice & made me very comfortable. She offered me headphones to listen to music & a blanket in case I get cold. She was very sweet & accommodating. She checked in with me during the MRI to make sure I was okay. Definitely a great experience for my second MRI & y'all know laying in a tunnel-like machine for 45 minutes isn't comfortable. Haha I'll definitely come back here if I need another MRI in the future.
