Decided to try out this bakery and try authentic Peruvian items…read more The service was quick but there was quite a line when we came in on a Saturday morning. I got the egg salad but it was a little bland so I did have to add some extra seasoning to it when I got home.

The cappuccino was served in a cup with a visible coffee stain from a previous drink, which immediately raised concerns about cleanliness. To make things worse, a sign fell on the floor near our table and no one bothered to pick it up even after our food was delivered. Once our food arrived, no one came back to check on us. My utensils accidentally fell to the ground, and since no one returned, I had no choice but to continue eating with just my knife. The bread was warmed but clearly not fresh hard as a rock. The food overall tasted old, like it had been prepared days earlier and reheated. Considering the prices are not cheap, this is unacceptable. The environment didn't help either. The staff attitude felt indifferent, and while there was one very kind gentleman working there, he was clearly overwhelmed by the crowd. The overall atmosphere was uncomfortable customers using loud and inappropriate language making it not a place I would feel comfortable sitting with my 14-year-old teen. What's ironic is that the dessert counter looks beautiful, full of tempting options, but after this experience, it makes me seriously question the quality and freshness of everything behind that display. A year ago, this was a place I would recommend with my eyes closed. Today, I hesitate to suggest it to anyone. With the current quality, service, and pricing, it feels like a waste of money. I truly hope management takes notice and restores the standards this establishment once had because right now, it's a shadow of what it used to be.

If you haven't been to Cubans on Ten Run in Casselberry yet, stop what you're doing and go. I'm…read moreconvinced their Ropa Vieja was slow-cooked by someone's Cuban grandma who refuses to let anyone leave hungry. It's that good. And the authentic Cuban sandwich? Listen... I've eaten a lot of Cubans in my day (the sandwiches... relax), and this one is elite. Perfectly pressed, crispy on the outside, tender pork on the inside, and so good it made me question every life decision I've made at other sandwich shops. The staff is super friendly, the portions are generous enough to make you consider unbuttoning your pants in public, and the flavors are on point every single time. If Yelp let me give 6 stars, I would. Casselberry, you've got yourself a Cuban treasure. Go eat here before the line gets as long as my excuses for not cooking at home.
