They may not be the fussy food that gain Michelin stars, but they will make you see stars while you're eating. This was our first meal after driving into Burgundy and one of our last lunches. The starters, including the livers and salad, the green salad, gazpacho and especially the rabbit starter were fantastic.
Moving onto the 10 or so main dishes, the standouts were entrecôte, skate, cod and chicken.
The owner/waiter comes off at first as brusk. But if you take a moment to ask him and informed question or ask him about a wine pairing, he lights up immediately and becomes engaged. His wine list is like a treasure trove and must have 30 to 40 pages of incredible burgundies. He was extremely helpful in finding us Wines that would pair well with what we ordered.
