Has a professional installation crew and executes flawlessly and everything stays on track. Incredible follow-up and will not try to upsell you like other installers. If you're looking to install solar, you should absolutely go with OneSun. Give Rose a call to at least get a consultation and I'm sure your interaction will immediately stand out from other installers. Installing solar is something I kept putting off. When I found out that the tax credit would be going away at the end of 2025, I realized I couldn't put it off any longer. One of the reasons I kept waiting was how annoying solar reps were. Clearly just sales guys who didn't actually know anything about the equipment, technology, and process. I did a bit of research on local installers and OneSun came up a few times, all with nothing but great things to say and especially highlighted the installer's knowledge and patience. Before reaching out to OneSun, I informed myself as much as I could to the point that I knew what panels I wanted, size system, even what inverters I wanted installed. My first phone call with Rose immediately proved that all of the positive feedback I had read was for a reason. She took the time to actually listen to the specifics of my project, what I was looking for, and what questions I still had based on my research. She took the time to answer every question and even went into the technical details that I was interested in. It was clear that she was extremely familiar with not just the logistics, but also exactly how a solar system works as well as the technical details of all of the components in a system. She had my business after that first meeting but of course I still did my due diligence and got a quote from one other local installer which also had similar reviews. Although the sales rep was very nice, it was clear that he was just a sales rep and only reinforced why OneSun was the installer to go with. OneSun's pricing happened to be better but even if the other installer would have come in at a cheaper quote, I would have still chosen OneSun for the install. Rose started the permit process in July and made sure that everything stayed on track, especially since I wanted to make sure that the system be on before the end of the year in order to qualify for the tax credit. The timelines she provided were right on point and the install was scheduled for September. About a week before the install date, there was an unexpected problem. The panels that were originally planned for my install had gone completely out of stock. There had been some kind of manufacturing issue and those panel would not be coming back in stock for another couple of months which could push the project out to the following year. Rose let me know she could acquire slightly larger panels for the project and install it on schedule. I was about to ask what the additional cost for the larger panels would be, but before I was able to, she let me know that there would be no additional cost to me. I'm sure any other installer would have used the situation as leverage to add additional cost to the project. A testament to Rose's commitment to her customers. On installation day, the crew was professional and efficient. They completed everything in one day and made sure to keep everything as clean and organized as possible. Towards the end of the install, I had noticed that they ran one of the grounding wires out from the attic and down the face of the house where I had planned on completing another project in the near future. I knew that the wire would need to be redirected if it was left there so I asked the foreman if he could run it through a different path. Initially he felt like it would not be possible given the layout. I reached out to Rose just to make sure and see if she possibly had another solution. About 10 minutes later the foreman showed me another possible option which was much better for what I needed. It may have seemed like a small thing, but that was another instance in which I believe any other installer would have dismissed my request as pickiness and told me there was nothing else they could do. Rose took the time to speak with her foreman and truly assessed the situation to come up with a solution that fit my needs. It took LADWP about 6 weeks to get my meter installed and for my system to be turned on, but it was still well before the end of the year (and yes, I just got my tax refund with that hefty solar tax credit). It's rare to come across someone like Rose who is honest, patient, and who truly has her customer's best interest at heart. Combine that with impeccable execution and communication, and there is no one else I would recommend for a solar install project. In fact, my parents are considering a small project and I've already told them about Rose/OneSun.

I…read moredidn't know anything about the technology or equipment and I felt ill prepared to make any decisions about what our house needed. There are so many companies out there, it's hard to know who to trust. As soon as I did a few online searches, I was flooded with emails and texts from multiple companies with high pressure sales pitches. One company charged me $350 to do a site survey, just to get a quote for the project, then came back with a revised quote adding $7000 to dig a trench for electrical wiring due to "the location" of our electrical panel. I found OneSun on a yelp search and as soon as I spoke with Rose Avakian, I knew my search was over. This company stands out from the others. There was no sales pitch, pressure, or upsell. Rose explained the technology and equipment in a way that made it understandable and approachable. When her team came to look at our place, they found no need to dig a trench and simply connected to our existing electrical panel. Had they needed to dig a trench, the price they quoted was nowhere near $7000.  From start to finish, the entire experience was transparent, seamless, professional and expedient. The attention to detail and care the team put into making sure everything was done right far exceeded my expectations. If you're looking to go solar, look no further than Rose and OneSun. This is truly the best company I've ever worked with!

Their quote, plus their high reviews made them the logical choice, and we have no regrets. From the person who did the site inspection, Jose, to the installers, everyone seemed very friendly, respectful of our property/wishes, and it was clear they were experienced and knew what they were doing. Being up against a deadline, we really couldn't afford to fail the city inspection, and we passed easily. Thanks to the salesman Mark Howe for his direction, & to Henry Melling for a great design and implementation. We were not excited at the idea of having all that stuff on the side of our house, but honestly, the installation was so neatly done, with a few plants added over there, I'm sure we can acclimate. The battery placement in the garage was genius -- up and out of our way! Everything is functioning as it should, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend California Solar & Electric. THANKS to them for a job well done, and ON TIME!! We couldn't be happier.

I've owned my home for 15 years and have had many companies come to repair or upgrade something. It's hard to find a company or contractor who does a great job, communicates well, charges reasonably, and finishes on time and on budget. All In 1 Energy Pros did ALL that. I contacted multiple roofing companies to get quotes. They not only came in with the lowest quote, they also thoroughly explained what they would do for that price in a way I could understand. I worked with Sophia in the office who was VERY communicative as well as just a sweetheart. She informed me of everything I needed to know to prepare for the work. The guys she sent to the site were friendly and worked fast. They removed the old roof and a few damaged plywood panels in one day, and they installation of the new roof took 1 and a half. It was clear to me they went above and beyond to make sure they did a quality job. It's also worth mentioning she never tried to upsell me on anything, they replaced damaged flashing over a few of the vent pipes, and even cleaned my gutters free of charge. Even with this extra work, though they were small things, I didn't pay a penny over what they quoted me. The cleanup was very thorough. It was like they were never there (except for the gorgeous new roof). Copy and paste the above for the attic insulation. One last thing about the legitimacy of this review. (First of all, if you've made it this far into the review, I'm impressed) I hardly ever write online reviews unless I'm super pissed about getting burned by a product or service. Sometimes shouting your rage into the void can be cathartic. With Sophia and All in 1 Energy Pros, this is one of the rare examples where I'm truly blown away by how good these guys are. If you need a new roof, attic insulation or solar installation, I emphatically recommend All In 1.

We believed it. We cancelled our Tesla plan, forfeited our deposit, and signed with AMECO for an Enphase system with one backup battery that was about 33% more expensive than the Tesla option we had lined up (with two battery packs) because AMECO promised better execution and communication. What followed was 1 star for everything after signing: vague scheduling, missed appointments, long stretches of inactivity, inaccurate status updates ("waiting for inspection" when work was not complete/inspection-ready), and repeated blame-shifting to the homeowner. After we paid 80%, responsiveness dropped sharply and AMECO would not provide a firm timeline despite repeated follow-ups; we endured no-shows on Oct 17 and Oct 18 (lost clinical work time), and after the last meaningful on-site work around Oct 22, weeks passed with "next week" promises that never materialized. We were even told there were "3 hours left," only to later learn wiring wasn't even run and a later subcontractor found the remaining scope was days of work (about 5 days), not hours, showing poor supervision and inaccurate reporting. Project coordination (notably Morgan, with Seth deferring back to her) was consistently vague or nonresponsive, and management offered little professionalism or ownership; meaningful escalation only seemed to occur after attorneys were involved. Jobsite safety and care were also unacceptable: an exterior lamp was broken and glass left near the pool, large screws left on the driveway (kids picked them up; we have low-profile tires), and equipment was delivered exposed ahead of heavy rain, forcing us to wrap/protect it ourselves. AMECO even pushed inspection coordination onto us; we called TO City Hall Building & Safety at 8:00am on 12/22 and moved it forward, then had to rearrange travel/itinerary due to AMECO's delays and predictable City closures. The most insulting part was AMECO suggesting "options" like a lease/"synthetic cash" program, a waiver of claims as a condition of proceeding, or uninstall + cancellation fee, after months of delay and disruption. The only bright spot was Hamlet, who was professional, skilled, and communicative and did more customer service than management. We are still awaiting PTO after passing final inspection at this point. Full detailed review is attached in the photos due to Yelp's word limit.
