The worst experience ever. I make an appointment online on her website. And followed all of the directions. The PayPal portion to make the deposit says " currently unavailable" I then receive a follow-up email saying my appointment was reserved for the time slot still. The following day (the morning of the appointment) I get an email confirming that my appointment is at 2:30. I show up at 2:10 and drive around for 15 minutes looking for LA brows. There is no LA brows it's in a building of a place called Bella Lashes (I figured this out on my own after circling the building 5 times and walking around all of the 5301 office park suites) I then knock on the door 3 different times over the next 10 minutes and no one answers. I can see the lights on yet no one is there. I'm standing outside just waiting. I call the girl who is suppose to do my eyebrows twice. I then email her. No response. At 2:55 some client comes walking out of the door from the back and I get in the building. I ask the first gal who is working if there was someone there that does microblading and she says oh Laura, here is her card. I then send a text to the # on the card, and of course it's the same # I had been calling. I write " hi, this is Jessica, I had an appointment to get my eyebrows microbladed at 2:30. She writes " it's 3:00pm" I write " yes, I had an appointment at 2:30 and I'm here waiting".. she writes me " well who did you make an appointment with because I'm the only one to make them with" I said " I made it from your website and filled out the form and got this email" I then screen shot her the confirmation email. She then goes "but you didn't make a deposit right?" I say" I tried, but it said PayPal was unavailable on the website & after I got emails still confirming my appointment. " Then she says " it's a misunderstanding and that the website doesn't notify her if someone doesn't make a deposit? " I was confused by that. She then texts "you can send me the money through Zelle or Apple Pay" I write " I have cash on me, and I can send the deposit through Apple Pay, but will you still be able to do them today?" And she says "no sorry". Like really?! Such a waste of time, and prepping for this appointment, taking time off work, and arranging to have my kid picked up from daycare. This was suppose to be a professional experience, so I thought, and it felt like I was chasing around a person to give them 400$ who didn't want it, she was rude, and had no consideration for my time. How are you not gonna check your own website to see if you have clients booking an appointment? That is so confusing to me. Like Um you sent me multiple confirmations and I used your "professional" website , yet you don't even know you have clients?? Don't waste your time! read more

My experience was absolutely amazing. I originally had an old eyebrow tattoo that was over 20 years old. It was faded and almost looked green...lol. I have been looking for someone to help with quality microblading, however I couldn't find anyone until I came across Laura's website during a Google search. She had 5 star rating and excellent reviews so I went to look at her services and when I saw her work, that's when I knew this was it :) I contacted her and I got lucky in getting in so quickly because normally she's booked 2 months out. I was able to get into see her within 2 1/2 weeks which was also a week before my bday. Laura is so professional, gives great recommendations, sweet attitude and a true artist she knew exactly how to map out my brows with the shape of my face. The services I got were the microblading and shading (hybrid brows) and the lip blush. I highly recommend those two services. Because when she showed me my brows they looked EXACTLY how I had envisioned, I began to cry. I have been walking around with those old brows and having to pencil them in I hated them. And to see someone like Laura take her skills and give me these beautiful brows I was so emotional and grateful. Your eyebrows are so important and shape your face and expressions, I always look at peoples eyebrows..lol Now when I saw my lips, I naturally have very full lips, Laura gave me this beautiful cherry blush lips, with my new eyebrows.. I looked so sexy!! It totally changed my entire face. I am going back home to Miami with a new look and new found confidence.
