I always get great service here. I get threading and color on my brows. I'll be back!

I've come here three times, and each time they've cut my eyelid during eyebrow threading. The ladies are nice, but you really do get what you pay for. I only came here out of desperation because they stay open late after I get off work, but it's just not worth it anymore. The threading is painful, and consistently leaving with cuts isn't acceptable. I won't be returning. read more

I was excited to find a place that offered a "natural" lash look. The lady who did my lashes was kind and soft spoken, she was also very gentle. However, she hardly spoke any English, and aside from asking me what lashes I wanted and if I had an appointment, she said nothing else the entire duration. I understand many people prefer a quiet appointment, and I don't mind if she's not much into chatting, but I felt like I couldn't even communicate my needs. She looked at me as I sat to and said "natural?" I asked her what natural would look like, and she pointed to a picture of classic, and said, "natural and classic, same thing." The photo she referenced was a lot professional photo reference and not some of their own work. I liked the way the photo looked, though, as they did look very natural. I do not feel that mine came out like the photo. They are very dark, and all one length, unlike the photo. They also sounded very loud as she brushed them, like hard plastic. I've only gotten lash extensions one other time, years ago, and I was also gifted a small lash brush and told to brush them daily so they don't tangle. I had no other directions here other than to keep dry for 24 hours. Also, I was charged a $2 card fee. I understand if it's necessary, but I would have preferred to know in advance. read more

let me tell you they have CHAIRS you sit in to do your lashes this was the most uncomfortable experience your legs hang while your back takes all the pain I don't recommend them to anyone when you ask for individual lashes they give cluster OMG they could be so much better if there wasn't a lang barrier even when you point at the style /picture they have hanging and say that's what I want it never looks the SAME as pictures read more

I had such thick brows that I was growing for YEARS. Set back to early 2000s with this job. Extremely disappointed. I've never have a threader take off more without consulting first. She also tried double charging my card. She insisted that I didn't pay even though I showed her that my card was charged. 10/10 do not recommend. read more

If I could give absolutely no stars I would. This business did the worst lash extensions on my wife. She came home crying. Her water line was irritated and red from all the poking they did to her waterline when doing her lashes. There were visible clumps of glue. We hope that she can even keep her natural lashes as she doesn't have a lot to begin with and even if they do the "removal service" that they requested for us to pay for. She would have a lot of her natural lashes fall off. Your business is a beauty based industry where you should be helping women not ruining their natural lashes!! DO BETTER!! read more

didnt reqd reviews before coming & regret it so bad... made an app @ 3 asked for hybrid she said she wouldn't have much time to do hybrid so she talked me into getting classic with not such a basic look which would be $100 i said okay. time comes & my lashes are " done " they are completely basic and under " classic" & when i brought up how they aren't even as full as a classic set, she went on & saying how they are a size up then a classic just kept talking whole time teeth not brushed. very upset and dissatisfied... don't recommend coming here save your money! read more

I can't say enough good things about City Brow! This has been my spot for about 2 years. I have most of my girlfriends now coming in as well. All the girls in the shop are amazing! My lashes stay on for weeks, and if I'm going on vacay Raj makes sure to load a few more on. They do threading, eyebrow tinting and lash perms. She was doing my eyebrows and it was stinging more than normal, It hurts so bad I couldn't figure out why until she showed me my eyebrows she CUT me! . I came in on September 20, 2022 @3:30 and had new lashes put on. The next day, Wednesday the 21st, I lost half of the left eyelashes. I left on vacation that day and did not get home until yesterday the 29th. I lost the rest of them sitting on the plane. I had lashes for 2 years and have never had this issue. Best lash service in less than 2 hours. I love the professional, efficient, quality, and clean work from Nuurm. I been going to Nuurm for a few months now, she is the best! And only one time I saw one of the other girls who was training but I had a reaction to a pinch in my eye because lashes were placed to close to my lash line that I had to return the following day and remove the lashes urgently because I was in pain. However, I continue to schedule my routine services but only with Nuurm because she is the only one I trust and her work is beautiful! I went in as a walk in to get my eyebrows threaded and she was in the middle of doing some one's lashes which she said takes awhile and so she had me go ahead and sit at the chair and stopped the cx lashes for a few minutes to fit me in and get my brows done. She did a good job and didn't just try to rush and get them done and get me out. I will definitely be going back. read more
