I was really disappointed with my experience. I came in for eyebrow threading, and my eyebrows were…read moretrimmed way too short and are now very uneven. What bothered me most was that no one asked for my permission before trimming them. I only wanted them cleaned up, not significantly shortened. It honestly didn't fully hit me until I got home and looked at them more closely just how short they had been cut. I usually style my eyebrows by brushing and gelling them upward, but they're now so short that I can't style them the way I normally do. My left eyebrow was cut so much shorter than the right that it's noticeably uneven. It feels like there wasn't enough attention to detail during the service, both in the trimming and in making sure my brows were even. Eyebrows take time to grow back, so this has been really frustrating. I hope the business takes more care in the future by asking clients before trimming and paying closer attention to symmetry and detail.

This was my first time at Star Threading, and unfortunately, it was a really disappointing…read moreexperience. The service felt extremely rushed. My eyebrows were done in about three minutes, and it definitely showed. They were trimmed way too short, left uneven and crooked, and not properly cleaned up at all. There was no attention to detail or care. She didn't apply any aloe vera or help remove the leftover hairs, and just told me she was done. I had to get up and look in the mirror myself, and I honestly looked like a mess. To make matters worse, there was no customer service at the end; no "thank you" or "have a good day." She simply told me it was $10, and that was it. I'm beyond upset with the outcome and won't be returning.
