I reached out to Verma about making a visit and she was super friendly and sweet about the best time to visit. She even kept in touch over time! When I arrived she was super sweet and got to know me on a personal level which is lovely because you don't meet many people like that now days. She took her time with me and made my eyebrows look absolutely amazing! I usually don't spend much money on self care things such as eyebrows, nails and etc; and tend to do it myself at home but I am definitely going to fit eyebrow threading with Verma into my budget solely for how good my eyebrows look and outstanding customer service. 10/10 recommend.
