Everything Sergio said for the timeline from start to finish was spot on. His employees were respectful and cleaned up each day. The patio we had built is huge 40x40 and it looks stunning. Love that we could do black accent to match our house which some companies didn't offer. Love it so much we have decided to have him build another one on the other side of our yard.

Terrible service and disappointing workmanship! It took me over a year to write this review because…read moreI wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and allow them time to make things right. Unfortunately, the same issues continue. Every time it rains, our patio leaks. They schedule appointments and don't show up, leaving me to constantly contact them for follow-ups. When they do show up, they often arrive unprepared and without the proper tools, even asking me if I have them! Instead of identifying and fixing the root cause, they keep adding more sealant as a temporary fix. When I suggest more sustainable, long-term solutions, my ideas are dismissed rather than properly addressed. Now water is leaking through our ceiling fan and light fixtures, and neither works anymore. The patio's poor angle and lack of proper drainage also make our outdoor space practically unusable when it rains. This was not a cheap investment, and I expected quality workmanship, accountability, and a company that stands behind its work. Instead, I've dealt with missed appointments, quick fixes, and a lack of genuine concern about whether the job was done correctly. After more than a year, the main issue remains unresolved, and the situation has gotten worse. I would not recommend them based on my experience.

And the final result is stunning. Our yard has been transformed into something that looks like a luxury resort, with beautiful architecture providing much needed shade to our yard. We interviewed other companies before hiring Atlas Awning, but never had a doubt about our decision on who to move forward with. It was indeed the right call.

Joe, the manager, and Rick design rep, Darrin construction manager, Andrea production coordinator, Dianna sales coordinator, and others that came to do the work on site, were all professional and a real blessing in getting my new patio cover designed and put together with the features I wanted. The crew that worked on site demonstrated much care and passion in the work they did. The crew took time to answer my questions and even made a video on my phone so I could remember how the wiring was done for my patio light and fan. I have gutters on each side and also had outlets put in. Today the temperature in my backyard in the sun is 102°F. In the shade of my Avocado tree the temp is 96°F. The company responded quickly to my initial call and once material was in, had the work completed within 2 days.
